Came in 30min before close (I hate being that guy) but 3 ladies walked in so me and my friend went on in. Place was clean and people didn't seem to irritated about us coming in late. Me and my friend both got cones with 2 dips of ice cream. I don't think we was in there 5 minutes and out the door we went. Fast efficient service, and as usual ice cream was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can test a flavor if you wish.Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my favorite flavor. The chips are huge, they should call them chunks.They currently have Peppermint Stick, it is only Available Late November through December Only.The Bakery Goods look great. They must have had about a hundred pre-orders for Christmas waiting to be picked up.

Come on, it's Graeter's! This Graeter's is the closest to us. It was particularly convenient when I was having physical therapy at the end of the road! LOL Staff is always helpful, especially when one of the special flavors is only available as hand dipped. The place is always clean. We get pints, ice cream cakes, pastries, cookies... we get it all right here. We lived in California for seven years. We really missed Graeter's.

Update: they contacted and made situation right. Thank you!Tonight around 9:15 we got 2 shakes. Small and Medium. They were the same flavor. I got my shake and left. I turned on werk and was halfway down the road when I though a chocolate chip chunk got stuck on my lip. I tried to bite my lip to pull the chocolate chip into my mouth. Little did I know I would have a staple in my mouth. I went back as I was only 3 mins away. ASM made me a new shake and was very nice. She took the staple and put it off to the side for “manager to see”. Was hoping she would take my number so manager could call me and let me know why the staple was in drink. Glad the staple didn’t cut my lip.

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile, and helped and checked out in a timely matter. The staff is very nice and polite. I came for the winter mix tea cookies, and I put together a little treat bowl for my friends and family to enjoy! I will continue to come to this location when I’m the area!
