Stop burning the food !

Ordered delivery on dec13th during the level 2 snow emergency. All I got was the alfredo, garlic bread, and a sprite. Food got to me very fast only about half an hour, and was still so hot that I had to let it cool after I got it! Garlic bread was a little lackluster but the alfredo was pretty good.

Order two mushroom Hoagies what fries extra mushroom sauce which I always get usually perfect I don't know who was cooking today but it was swimming and mushroom sauce disgusting the driver may as well call me a liar I put the tip on the phone and she told me I had to sign and put the tip in again I told her I read already did and she said no you didn't if you don't want to tip that's fine start to walk away with my food. Very rude I guess I will have to find a new place😡 can't believe how rude the delivery driver was I wouldn't lie about tipping

Walked in sat down at a table and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came over they was too busy talking in the back . Got up and walked out and won't be back to this establishment

On November 2nd at 12:40 pm my husband ordered 2 hoagie 2 fry special. Picked up at 1:00 pm. He brought it home and I opened the fries and both order of fries were dark and greasy. I called Grammas and told them my fries were not fresh. I spoke with a girl, told her the problem and she handed the phone to a male employee. I told him the fries were not fresh. He said they were made to order. I asked him why the fries were dark and greasy. His RESPONSE WAS
They have been busy ALL WEEK AND THAT THE OIL IS DARK BECAUSE IT IS DIRTY. Then I replied if the oil is DIRTY why are you making fries with DIRTY OIL?!! THEN he said I didn't say it was dirty. I said you're lying because you just said it was dirty oil. My husband is a witness because I had the employee on speaker phone. He caught himself and realized what he just said. I told him he was pathetic for serving food to customers with using DIRTY OIL (Which he just confessed to). I told him I will never get food there ever again and hung up.!!!

Let me start by saying we have loved Grammas for many years ! Have been having more and more issues, at the Withamsville location . Last night I watched the person making my food use bare hands to put toppings on my hogie , in the middle they took their cellphone out tapped several times on screen . Then put it back in their pocket, then went directly back to finishing my food .

In my opinion, this is the best pizza. I get the calzone too. They have great sauce and the best chesse. When family comes from out of state , it is a must have.

For myself the Supreme calzone, my wife like pizza, bacon and pepperoni. If you have a family they have a monster 'big mamma' that will feed everyone.

They always knock it out of the park. This is the only place around that knows what xtra cheese means.

Got a burnt pizza, crust so hard couldn't eat it. NO REFUND was given to me.

They say they close at 11pm... But at 10:15 they won't take an order for a simple cheese pizza, first and last time... Not at all recommended, and they serve you with a dog face and a bad attitude.

Always so good! Out go to spot when we want something delicious and quick on our way home. We also enjoy dining in when we get the chance. Great deals during the week. Highly recommend
