Picked up order for my family's Halloween dinner. The staff was friendly and quick. The food was good. Our order of chicken nuggets and fries came with a TON of fries. They were yummy.

The food is reasonably priced but the quality isn't all that great. The workers were pleasant and nice. The breadsticks were kind of cold but the bread of them wasn't all that great, marinara sauce was tasty though. The pizza was okay, the sausage was gross but the crust and sauce wasn't bad. The cheese was kind of fake tasting but overall it wasn't terrible, I'd try it one more time. Biggest complaint was none of the items were fully cut so I had to cut them at home

I ordered a small pizza and 2 steak hoagie's and a fry. It would of been nice if they had given me the fry??. Not worth the drive or headache, I just know to never go back to this one. Eastgate is better!!!!

Negative 5 stars. I ordered a large Greek Pizza. When I saw it on the menu NO MEAT WAS LISTED. When I got home Gyro meat was all over it. I dont eat that. Called and spoke to the Manager and asked to be swapped for Veggie. He said No. When I told him meat wasn't listed on website he said it's not even on our menu. Well Grammas Pizza has 99 locations maybe I looked at wrong location but he provided poor customer service. He could have offered I pay 1/2 price or something. He offered nothing but a Oh Well Your Out Of Luck ATTITUDE. I asked over phone if Blue Cheese was made in house she said Yes. Its Marzetti you can get that at Walmart or Kroger. I will never go to any of these locations. I wasted 20.00.

Some of my favorite pizza. Some of the franchise locations are better than others but this location is one of the top. Great food, always great service, either dine in, carry out, or delivery.

One of the worse cheese sticks I’ve tried. The Gramma’s pizza in Bethel and Amelia are much better. They also got my order one (I ordered a medium and got a small).

Great place for a gyro surprisingly as it's a pizza place. But this is actually the best gyro in the Anderson area for sure. $12.50 for gyro, fries, and a drink.
Unfortunately I have finally come to terms with the fact that this Grammas location is not up to pare with quality of the others. The pizza I received today was the worst one yet. Completely inedible because the taste was horrible and a waste of both money and time.

This is really good pizza. The salads were fresh and so yummy. The place is clean. Would stop in again if every back in Cincinnati. From two Tennesseans!!!

Dined in one evening and noticed the workers making the pizzas in the kitchen weren't wearing gloves. They touched multiple things with their bare hands and continued to touch the shredded cheese and dough and weren't washing thier hands in between. Turned me away from coming here again, why would anyone handle people's food with no gloves on?
