The team is knowledgeable and helpful around the menu and able to answer questions and guide visitors.The menu itself offers a variety of drinks, snacks and meals. With many different dietary needs like dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. Some items are staples and others are seasonal or rotating.Highly recommend !

*Mason location is better in every way* More friendly, there's ample seating, delicious, and it's cheaper* Came in thinking that my subscription at another location would hold up here. I chose out 3 items which if you know, is not cheap at this establishment. Two smoothies already made, and a juice. When the older woman told me my subscription wouldn't transfer I looked at her and said "oh no," clearly stressed about have to pay the $30+. Instead of saying, "it's no problem, we can take them back," or even just an, "I'm so sorry," she just stared at me with a "what would you like me to do about it, attitude." No customer service, whatsoever. I understand it was misunderstanding on my part, however, you should never make customers feel like they have to buy from you. The juice wasn't opened, and the smoothies were pre-made and could've gone back. Safe to say I will not be back here and will be enjoying the Mason location.

First of all. The wait was horrendous. Second of all my drink was dick. Literally had to buy off brand pepto from my local target because your chocky shake made my stomach churn like a mf. I'm still in ruins. I have had to put my day on hold and go get an enema. I wasn't even supposed to get one until Thursday but here we are. This may seem fake. But it's not. I'm a real customer with real feelings. I'm disappointed to say the least. I will be calling the better business bureau because I feel like I've been poisoned. It was clean it there but it smell like rotten bananas and I thought this was all supposed to be fresh and when I see a brown banana going into MY smoothie I feel like I shouldn't be paying $11 for a stomach ache. I'm done. I have a full time job. I cant do this anymore.

What can I say? This place was wonderful and the people there were even better. I was just released from the hospital with a severe stomach issue and I figured I go somewhere to get some clean juice for anti-inflammatory purposes. The woman there clearly could see I was in pain and gave me a banana (that was dope, because my doctors said I needed more fiber and it eases inflammation) and a tea to settle my stomach. I purchased a drink that was amazing for my stomach as well. She made me feel so good during a time where I was really looking at life different due to my health. Thank you!

Went here while in town for 5 days, and my boyfriend got attitude about wanting protein in a smoothie, and was told it would be 15 minutes for a "custom." Then I told her for mine I couldn't do coconut in mine and essentially got an eye roll... never been to a place that specializes in smoothies throw such an attitude about the offered modifications.
I purchased the 5 day detox and every juice given was amazing! They split my order in half so everything is fresh and I’m excited to pick up my next few bundles on Monday!

This place is overpriced and the women who runs it was mean. I went in there and asked for no banana in my bowl and I substituted a topping. I paid and was waiting for my bowl. The lady comes out and starts scolding the teenage worker and says she didn’t charge me right into front of everyone there. Asks me if I am ready to pay and I said I already did and she said “ no you didn’t she didn’t charge you the right amount”. So then she proceeded to charge me $5 extra dollars for no banana and a substitute topping. I ended up paying almost $22 for a smoothie bowl.

I absolutely love this place. I can’t believe I’m just now finding out about this establishment. The employees were very welcoming, informative, and patient. My smoothie taste just like home. I enjoyed the wellness drinks as well. I have recommended this place to family and friends. I plan on coming back in the near future.

This is my favorite juice place in Cincinnati. Amy is always super helpful! Their juices are always fresh and in stock. I usually get the green juices but for a treat I really enjoyed the watermelon juice they had.
