You can feel that this place, with its really awful Playlist and bright lights is killing the joy in every soul in there. But still I have to wonder why this unhappiest place on earth is full of folks destroying themselves to press a button. If your grandma never told you to stay away from the casino, let me be your grandma! Better yet: go visit your granny instead(she's cuter)!

Meg was a wonderful server and accommodated my vegan meal requests. While the restaurant doesn't have as much memorabilia as others we've visited, there's plenty of outstanding pieces spread across the adjacent casino to make up for it.

After winning in the slots we decided to get a bite to eat here. We got sat immediately which is great. Then we waited 10+ minutes until someone noticed us and went to grab a server.
Sodas were flat. Glasses weren't clean. Our server took awhile to come to us and we were skeptical when she took our orders with special requests without writing anything down.
Food came out after we've been sitting here for a total of about 40 minutes. To our surprise the order was correct. Thats about the only good thing that can be said. The nachos were not good at all and spending over $4 to add guacamole it was really disappointing. The burger that came out was the blandest burger ever.
We had a feeling it was going to end up a disappointing experience. We will not be back to this restaurant until some major changes are made.

Food was good. I had a Cobb Salad. Service wS. Little slow. 2 tables who came in after us were served before us. My major disappointment is the decor is not your topical Hard Rock Cafe experience. It is more a sports bar. There is a nice stage. But very very little music memorabilia. I have been in HRC in Florida Universal Studio, Aspen Colorado, LaVegas, Washington DC. And Michigan. I loved the atmosphere. Cincinnati's was a big disappointment. It was a sports bar. Nothing made me think Hard Rick Cafe.

Long wait time for a table but I'm sure it's to get you to play at the casino,other than that the food and service was great.
Smaller than the others we have been to. Inside the casino, which I do not like. I believe the lights of the casino caused issues with epilepsy. The steak was bland. The rock shop was closed, which was disappointing and in the middle of the casino also. Glad we only had 1 issue.

Peasley/Beasley was a horrible waiter. Would not answer our questions about menu items, and was overall not pleasant. The food was trash.

Great atmosphere and love it on nights they have bands! The food here is amazing. I got a cheese burger and fries. Delicious. Our waiter he was friendly and made sure we had everything and made sure we were pleased. The only complaint I have is they need to train the staff at the hostess booth. I’ve been here numerous times and they are always so rude and unprofessional!
