We get to the Hard Rock Cafe around 1:15-1:30 and we get sat a table and our server was pretty prompt in greeting us which was great. It was after that, that things went downhill. We sat and waited for 75 minutes for our food to come out and ended up getting it to go. The server brought out check to us when we asked for our food to go at 2:27(The time the ticket was printed is on the receipt) the food still hadn’t comeAnd wouldn’t come until 15 more minutes later. Stupidly, I didn’t check my food before leaving and of course it wasn’t correct. I ordered the bbq bacon burger when comes with onion straws and bbq sauce. Neither of those things are on there. For the amount of money spent it just is not worth it for me to ever go back. We also asked for a manger and we were told they would come to our table. They never showed up so we just left. I’m absolutely disappointed by the terrible service all around.

Eggs Cite Meant for Me! Caught between. a Rock and a Hard place, The Hard Rock Cafe gave me a needed break!!! I know it's goofy, but I tickle the Panda like my honey would, if she were here. I never saw her lose on that one!

If you want to eat at Hard Rock Cafe Cincinnati, don't take anyone under 21. After paying $7 to park and walking a quarter mile to get in, was greeted by a gentleman explaining under 21 can't go in and eat since it's in the casino. Understandable but should be published on their website.
We wanted to have lunch there, but the only entrance is through the Cassino, so we could not get there with our little one. They have the direct access closed. Why?

This place is by far the worst casino in the area. Table games are a joke with you being forced to play the million to 1 odds bonuses! They say free coffee and pop, but try getting a waitress to bring you one. You'll grow old waiting. Then they have filled the place with police officers who are far more reasonable than the security chief who takes her job way to serious! My brother walked in to pick up his girlfriend. He left his dog in the car, with a small crack in the window and left the car running with the heat on because it was cold. He was literally in there for 4 minutes and on his way to the elevator when they confronted him. He explained he was just there to get her and was leaving and they gave him a lifetime ban saying they had a ZERO TOLERANCE policy! The head of security is a want to be cop who female who also wants to be male and treats the tiny infractions that occur there like it's a serious felony or something. She tried to have a guy arrested because at down at a machine and it had 10 cents on it that he didn't print a ticket out for and set aside. 10 cents! Thank God the police there have some sense.
