I've heard good things about Hello Honey so I was excited to try it for the first time this past weekend. Unfortunately, there was a lot left to be desired. I commend them on their unique flavor choices but that was really the only thing that stood out. The ice cream itself was okay, I was expecting something more flavorful and higher quality considering the price. The aesthetic was uninteresting, the bathroom had no toilet paper-just two used rolls hanging out on top of the toilet. The young girl working seemed mad she had to get up from her chair and lookup from her phone to serve my partner and I, even though we were the only ones in there.
Ice cream was okay. Flavors were great and diverse , but had a weird after taste. Especially the Yuzu Lychee. Price was a bit on the expensive side too.
We just had the BEST ice cream tonight!!
Ben and Grace were fantastic servers!! My favorite is the brown butter caramel on a waffle cone. I tried the espresso cookies and that could be my new favorite!!!!!
Really enjoyed the coconut-cream based cookies and cream. Any option this creamy and delicious while being vegan is rare and appreciated. Would love to see some kind of collab between Hello Honey and Starlight Donut Lab.
Could join the pantheon of Cincinnati's ice cream greats. Great, unique, products, and great value. Swiss roll cakes are great too.

We stopped in for dessert after a lovely meal down the block. Since it was our first time in, we asked the server, Nic, for recommendations. She said the honey lavender flavor was popular and pointed out cakes in the display case. We were in a group of 6 and another server immediately came out to assist Nic with our orders.
The honey lavender is really good but the Dutch chocolate was my favorite. My husband had the Boston Crème cake and said it was excellent.

Ice cream and sorbet are both excellent! Super rich but still delicious. Will definitely have to drink some water afterwards! The best ice cream Iâve had in a while!

One of the employers was rude and yelled out âsometimes I wish I never worked hereâ very unprofessional. She was also rude to the other customer when he was trying to order something off the menu. The customer ended up leaving and said it was too complicated.
Love coming here and love the ice cream and the workers normally! Went last night however and noticed that the pints have increased to $10 from $8 which wasnât that big a deal but noticed my pint of ice cream wasnât filled all the way like it normally is (and itâs normally pretty packed!)⌠hoping that this was an accident and isnât the new norm. Especially with the price increasing a whole $2!
