I stopped by Hello Honey Ice Cream on Tuesday and was helped by Tiernan. She was simply fantastic. She handled a steady stream of customers with patience, efficiency, and a great attitude. Even with a line forming, she stayed calm and friendly, never rushing anyone but keeping everything moving smoothly, greatly improving my experience.
She answered my questions about flavors without hesitation and gave thoughtful recommendations. You could tell she actually cared about the customer experience, not just getting through the shift.
Tiernan made what could’ve been a quick ice cream stop into a genuinely pleasant visit. She’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back — not just for the ice cream, but for the service.

Having eaten at likely a dozen or more creameries in the Cincy area, I feel confident saying that this is the best of the region. Unique and unexpected are their specialty, but the old favorites are tough to beat. Only complaint is that the waffle cones are quite acute, meaning they need professional scoopers like Ben and Jonas. Otherwise, I recommend the waffle bowl.

My husband and I visited Hello Honey on Sunday, 6/1/2025, around 6 PM after enjoying dinner next door at Tequila Modern Mexican. We were excited to try this place for a sweet treat, but were met with cold indifference from the moment we walked in.
Despite both employees clearly seeing us enter — making direct eye contact multiple times — neither acknowledged us. One female employee continued making waffle cones, while the male employee with dark hair repeatedly walked back and forth, glancing at us but saying absolutely nothing. Not a single greeting, no offer to help, no attempt at service of any kind.
We stood there patiently, expecting some level of basic customer interaction. Instead, we were ignored completely. As we eventually gave up and walked out, neither staff member made any effort to stop us or even speak. It felt like we were invisible.
This was our first visit to both Cincinnati and Hello Honey, and unfortunately, this left a very negative impression. Whether this was a case of poor customer service, implicit bias, or a mix of both — it’s unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

Wow, the Brown Butter Caramel was Amazing! We'll be back! Also enjoyed the Birthday Cake Dough. Thank you for having a free small water station, as everyone wants a little water after ice cream & their napkins were easily accessible.

The place was clean and had a minimalist style, which I really liked. The ice cream was delicious! I tried the Banana Honeycomb and White Lotus Macadamia, both flavors were good.

Your lavender honey ice cream is my favorite ice cream in the whole world! It tastes like summertime in a cup. Dreamy, creamy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! Please never change or get rid of this flavor! And please consider reopening a location in Fort Thomas.

I went here a few times. The last time I went the worker purposely went to clean the ice cream containers as soon as I got to the front and didn't bother to take my order. She was moving extremely slow, obviously on purpose. While she was doing that I noticed at the top left there is a yellow ribbon that has a hindu god and some writing on it. Wont be wasting time here ever again!

I've heard good things about Hello Honey so I was excited to try it for the first time this past weekend. Unfortunately, there was a lot left to be desired. I commend them on their unique flavor choices but that was really the only thing that stood out. The ice cream itself was okay, I was expecting something more flavorful and higher quality considering the price. The aesthetic was uninteresting, the bathroom had no toilet paper-just two used rolls hanging out on top of the toilet. The young girl working seemed mad she had to get up from her chair and lookup from her phone to serve my partner and I, even though we were the only ones in there.
Ice cream was okay. Flavors were great and diverse , but had a weird after taste. Especially the Yuzu Lychee. Price was a bit on the expensive side too.

We just had the BEST ice cream tonight!! Ben and Grace were fantastic servers!! My favorite is the brown butter caramel on a waffle cone. I tried the espresso cookies and that could be my new favorite!!!!!

Really enjoyed the coconut-cream based cookies and cream. Any option this creamy and delicious while being vegan is rare and appreciated. Would love to see some kind of collab between Hello Honey and Starlight Donut Lab.
