We booked the Hello Honey ice cream cart for our wedding reception, and it was an absolute hit! We couldn’t recommend their service for events more. Having three custom flavors alongside one of their signature menu options made for a unique and delicious treat that our guests couldn’t stop raving about. Not only was the ice cream itself incredible, but the cart added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. It was the perfect way to share a taste of local Cincinnati flavor with our out-of-town guests, and they loved it! If you’re looking for a memorable, crowd-pleasing addition to your event, Hello Honey’s ice cream cart is the way to go!

Stopped in after picking my daughter up from school. The employee was so friendly, and kind. The place is clean and has a fun atmosphere. The Dutch Chocolate was " the best I have ever had" per my 10 year old. We will be back. Thank you. Pleasant ridge needs this!

I've been here twice, first time I got strawberry chocolate chip and it was freezer burnt and had large chunks of ice in it. But the second time I came I got PB crunch and it was much better. I guess the strawberry chocolate chip isn't as popular.

Tried this local establishment for the first time and enjoyed a generous one dip serving of Banana Honeycomb in a waffle bowl which was very refreshing on a summer afternoon. Flavor was not quite as subtle as Jeni's at Factory 52 but it was good enough to know that I will be back.

Best ice cream in town: better than Graeter's, Jeni's, or Aglamesis.

Really weird vibe.... Walked in, no greeting. Girl was crouched at counter couldn't see her. She finally took orders. 2 others were behind counter talking to themselves. Put in orders. Weird flavors to choose from. The 2 weirdos behind the counter proceeded to slowly stare at us and stare at the walls and finally make our ice cream?? Just weird. Employees acted like they had never seen humans. Over priced, ice cream not good, and clearly run by aliens. Won't be back and don't recommend

You will NOT regret the mint cookies & cream! It’s got the perfect level of mint and is packed with cookies. Would rate 5 stars if it were easier to understand the flavors. Without seeing the ice cream, images, or a description, it is a little hard to decide and feel like I’m making the right choice.

Dietary restrictions: I’ll have to try the vegan cookies & cream next time. There’s also a strawberry sorbet right now.

It was our first time here and we were blown away by the chunky, smooth, and overall taste of both the ice cream and the cake rolls. The waffle cones are made in house each and every day which makes them fresh and very flavorful. This is a MUST for anyone jonesing for a good dessert close to Pleasant Ridge. Hell, even if you aren't in the area it's worth the drive.

DELICIOUS ice cream!! I shared the Earl Grey Yuzu and the Banana Honey Comb. Both were absolutely amazing. The staff was very nice and allowed me to sample as many as possible and the portion was large.

Wry delicious and unique flavors. I got the Dutch chocolate and find it way better than what you would get at UDF. Plus they have these cake rolls with various frosting and fillings. I didn’t try any of them but they looked amazing.

The ice cream was really great, however the in-store experience was lacking. When I had first walked in there were a good amount of people congregated at the front of the store. It would have been helpful to know where to order. When we ordered the person taking our order went back up front to help out. It seemed like everyone was moving and working hard, but it was very inefficient. After about 5 minutes my wife got her ice cream, then a few minutes later the people in front of us got theirs, then a few minutes later I got mine. I was a little curious that my wife’s and I’s order didn’t come out at the same.In short I would rate higher if the processes get worked out and become a little more efficient.
