On 8/2/25, I used their website to place an order for a burger, fry, chicken nuggets and a water. I wanted to tip $4 but I accidentally tipped $400! I submitted the order before I realized my dumb mistake. When I saw the email receipt and the pending charge on my bank's online portal I almost fell out. When I called the store's phone number that was on my email receipt, I got the busy tone. The email receipt did not contain an option to cancel the order. I was trying...

FISH and CHIPS definitely a hit ‼️ it's very ware to get this meal hardly anywhere and this was good crunchy beer battered ⁉️ comes with nice soft fries 🍟 ‼️ also black cherry soda was good also ‼️

Heydey makes hands down the best burger in Cincinnati. Every ingredient is cared for and executed at a high level. The team there really cares about the customers and the food which comes out in every visit. I will be a Heydey customer for life.
