I have been going to Hitching Post my entire life (over 30 years) but came in the first time since the new owners took over and I was not impressed. First off, it’s not the World’s Best Chicken anymore, more like World’s Blandest Chicken (several reviews on Google support this claim). I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. so we do a dinner at our local VFW. called Happy hour for heros... bought our chicken here and ask if they do military discounts and was told no only for first responders.. wtf do you think our military is?
