For a college dining hall, this is the best I've ever experienced. Really effort is made to have a variety of foods. All of it seems fresh and at the proper temperature.The only complaint is the lack of Coke products; they're a Pepsi campus :(

OK......My wife and I attended college in the days of "Mystery Meats" and "Stuff on a Shingle" .......So when we visited our son at X we explected similair culinary fare.......We were overwhelmingly surprised.......I had tomatoe bisque and a clam chowder that was some of the best i ever had. The Salad bar was so fresh I assumed X had an Ag. school. Taco bar, brick oven pizza.....vegan and gluten free selections....We had planned on dining out a few times but...
Vegetarian options: Amazing variety of options ranging from quinoa, shelled edamame, charred cauliflower and chicken-fried tofu in the salad bar to vegan sausage at the breakfast station to freshly made veggie pizza.
