Came here for the first time today and loved it. The glazed dossant was amazing. Only about 3 miles from my house so it's easy walking distance to burn off what I eat!
A coworker introduced me to Holtman's several years ago and I've been hooked ever since. I've never visited a location because of the distance from my home but was happy to find that there's a location in Oakley, however the customer service needs work. This was my first actual visit to the store and I was treated like I was suppose to automatically know how their "ordering system" works. No, I don't know what size box I want because I don't know what donuts I might want so I say large. I start to pick out the donuts I want while the staff member stands in one spot and stares at me like I'm an idiot, then puts down the original box she chose with an attitude because it was too big I guess. I will leave the donut runs to my boyfriend because that customer service I received made me made that I spent even 1 cent in that location.
By the way, the customer before me was treated the same and I heard her speaking to the customers after me the same way as I was walking out.
Do better.... especially when people are spending their hard earned money on expensive, albeit delicious, pastry.

The employees aren’t very friendly. Was asked how many donuts I would need upon arrival with two toddlers boys. They picked two extra and that seemed to annoy the employee as if it were his problem. I’ll stick to buskins.
