Came into this location today. Stood for minutes without any employee acknowledgement. Employee said “she’d be out”. Came out. Walked past us twice and went into the back again. My family and I left. Then, she didn’t have a hairnet. Very unwelcoming and customer service is terrible. Do better.

I've always enjoyed donuts from Holtman's; we like to treat our kids once a month or so and come home with a random dozen for weekend breakfast. But the past 2 times we selected custard filled eclairs and blackberry jam filled donuts, the filling has been MIA. 1 of the 2 jam filled today was literally completely empty. It was still delicious, but it was NOT what we paid for. The other was overflowing with delicious berry goop, so it was clearly missed during that stage of preparation. Out of the 4 custard filled we bought, only 1 had ANY custard inside. Very disappointing. Whoever is filling the donuts needs to pay better attention.

The lady here always treats my daughter and I so well, her son works here also I believe and I think she is absolutely wonderful. Watched her hold her patience asking a customer the same question 3 times which was pretty impressive ? donuts are always great and there's a smoothie shop next door to even things out which we love!
