Horrible, wouldn't let a 13 year old in even after we called to verify they would be allowed in before the bengals game at 930am

Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly, didn't let a 13 year old in because they decided randomly no kids allowed. It was 930am before a bengals game so not late at night either

Go to watch sports not for the food! The wait for the food was long and definitely not worth the wait. We went Saturday evening so it was busy but the staff were not friendly or working with any sense of urgency. After the food finally arrived my disappointment was epic. Fortunately, we were there to watch football so we enjoyed the big tvs and had a snack at home!

Best place to drink at the banks if you are just looking for a beer or some food. Doesn't get too packed thanks to the space they have, and not much of a club vibe as the rest of the banks. Nice bathrooms too.

The head hostess, a short young woman, was shockingly rude—the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I understand people can have bad days, but her level of unprofessionalism was truly unacceptable. On top of that, the nachos were a disappointment, served with pre-cut frozen chicken, poorly sliced onions, and no real cheese. Great TV set up and love the garage doors.

Madison knew my order was off when they brought it out, excellent attention to detail from a server. Food was great, everything reasonable priced and came out in a timely manner. A server is very important and Madison did the dag on thing

The atmosphere is a good one but the food was not so great. Burger was so bland whatever the cheese dip is was gross.sevice was slow we were almost the only ones there.

I came down to watch the game just to watch the game sat for over a hour and still didn't get service..after even telling the waitress 3 time I never got waited on was still ignored by my server..I will never come here again..had to tell a manager...sad...customer service is important than getting a free meal..didn't want it..bye bye
