Okay I"m 37 and retired Air Force. I am still in the process of trying to figure out how to remember how to make my own decisions without orders attached to them. I have been going to the Holy Grail for 2 years for the atmosphere, drinks, and food. There is an old special needs guy that comes in sometimes and when I first met him I saw him face down on the bar and my first instinct was to check his pulse and get ready to do CPR. I flagged a manager down and asked "Hey is he ok?" The manager said yeah he comes in all the time and winds up sleeping on the bar. I said "ok" just making sure. This weekend has been a long weekend with the holiday. I was there and I was tired and having some drinks. I started nodding off a bit by just closing my eyes and dropping my head a bit. Brian Comes up to me pretending to be a hard ass when in all reality has the spine of a gummy bear. and tells me I'm out. I said ok I'm sorry for nodding off a bit. I said so what does this mean? He said from here on you are banned from here and that I was a liability for nodding off a bit. I'm like Wow....BANNED....can never step foot in there again. I'm Thinking I'm a liability? When you have special needs people face down sleeping on the bar constantly, and I'm being banned for nodding off a couple of times. Ya know Brian is a good guy but he is young and stupid. I luv all the people that work there but I was done wrong for no reason. At the end of the day I wasted my time caring about these people because they are all a bunch of douchebags....Being around other people even though I don't talk to them makes me feel halfway normal....I get bored very quickly and when I do I go out and try and fit in.......But it never works. I was not drunk or causing any problems....They just wanted to be dicks.

It's a great place for watching sports and getting together for Reds and Bengals games. The food is good and a great beer selection. My only complaint is still using a speaker to announce that your table is ready. "Jones, party of 4" blaring of the speakers, especially if the audio for a game is going on is very annoying. I don't know of any other place that still does that. Please keep up with the times and use texting when your table is ready.

Cool atmosphere! Went during weekend with friends to watch the OSU v Michigan game, it was standing room only and a blast. Food is good. Ambience is better.

I had 12 garlic chicken wings and they were absolutely spectacular. Shannon was our server. She did a really good job. This is a very nice looking restaurant on The Banks at Cincinnati. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. They just need to dial back that vanilla scent.

Well I guess they tried....busy night waiting a long time to place the food order...only to have less than stellar food. Nachos were charred pizza wasn't fully cooked and as simple as that order was I don't think I'd come here again. Good luck if you just want to drink and watch a game you're in but don't come.for.the food.

Do not trust this place. I paid cash for my tab, and they still charged my card twice. Left a follow up message on their site and never received a response. If you do go here, because it's in a convenient location, pay by the drink or by the single order. Do not open a tab!

Ridiculous and another example of someone not doing their job. The manager who’s name ok I will it’s Nick I won’t use was unavailable for comment as to why he chose to play music vs put any game. It’s supposed to be a sports bar?! I didn’t come here to listen to music.
