I order 10 chicken wings and fries via door dash and my fries are old and saturated in grease. When I called the store to advise them of my order the foreign lady wasn’t listening and blamed it on door dash. How can door dash be at fault for these old recooked fries? Try listening to your customers before making a false statement

HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO HOOKS TO REPLACE THE ORDER IT WAS SO BAD AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR THAT SECOND AS HE SLAMMED MY ORDER DOWN AND MY 2 SODAS! ITS NOT SAFE TO EAT IN THIS PLACE THATS NOT CLEANED!!! HE CAME OUT TO GET MY LICENSE PLATE# TELLING ME HE'S CALLING THE POLICE TO TELLING POLICE TO KEEP ME OUT OF HOOKS AND FISH AND CHICKEN!!! MY FIRST TIME EVER COMING THERE! HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE ORDERS PEOPLE WAS PLACING! SO YOU HAVE TO WATCH YOUR MONEY!! AND CHECK YOUR FOOD!

Don’t get this place wrong. The food is amazing. But the service and food put out time is crazy. I ordered pickup and intentionally waited longer. Only to receive it 30 minutes after the initial 15 minutes it said it would be done. Plus the lights don’t even work here.

Average tasting and works in a pinch, but don't expect good portions unless you're getting cod. Tilapia was paper thin and pretty much just breading while the wings were no bigger than my thumb. Overcooked and dry with very little seasoning. They don't toss the food in the seasoning, they put it in the box and only sprinkle it on top so your first two wings have seasoning but the rest are just bland and naked. Used to be really good several years ago but definitely gone downhill.
I should have taken a picture. My food was beautiful. I had the fish and chicken combo. There were a half dozen options for the fish, and another half dozen options of chicken. It had a yummy seasoning on it. The breading was crispy and delicious. There was a fish breading for the fish and a chicken breading for the chicken. Eating lunch here in the middle of the work day was a mistake. Boy, my plate was so full I couldn't believe it. It was so good and fresh out of the fryer I couldn't stop myself overeating. I will be back here again. Hopefully with some self control.
