First I always like to start off by saying something that is good about this restaurant and pub. When I entered the dining room the very sweet waitress was at my table in about 1 minute.(She was a very sweet girl and worked very hard from what I could tell at learning to be a good waitress). Unfortunately this is the only positive thing that I can say about this restaurant and pub. I first entered into the bar and sat at the bar and was completely ignored by the bartender. (As I used to be a bartender myself) I was very patient and trying to wait on her to flag my seat (which anyone who's ever been a real bartender will do). If you're wondering what flagging a seat is,,🤔 it is when you are extremely busy ,You take the time to put a napkin in front of the person to let them know that you have acknowledged them but will be back in a minute to take their order. For the time that I sat there , she never once acknowledged me and seemed to go out of her way to deliberately ignore me ( which is kind of hard to do especially since I was the only white girl with red hair sitting at the bar). Yes was able to ask the two young ladies next to me on the corner if they wanted two more drinks and even had more than enough time to make them and still ignored me as you walked away after serving them.🍹🍹 So I finally gave up on trying to get her to provide service to me and left the bar and went into the dining area where I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the young lady approached my table to get my order. I ordered the Ruben on rye ,which was burnt and very greasy, The sauerkraout was extremely brown (which I didn't know sauerkraut could even do that) and the sandwich did not have Russian dressing on it (which is standard for a Reuben sandwich) and was also missing Swiss cheese (which is always pretty standard on a Reuben sandwich) as well. I did call in and the person that answered the phone asked if they could help me so I asked for a side 1,000 island dressing to put all my corned beef sandwich, which they did send out & then charge me $0.75 for something that should have been on the sandwich to begin with. The corned beef was nothing short of beef jerky and had me wondering how long ago it had been cooked since it was extremely dry and frightening to look at. My advice is stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE RUBEN SANDWICH!!!!! However even though the onion rings were not homemade🧅 they were actually edible. And I did enjoy the pickle spear. At least I can say I tried "Hooligans Pub & Eatery" while I was in Cincinnati ,Ohio. 👎👎
Boss man doesn't have his way, then he doesn't get customers. Bar is smelly and ghetto

Amauri was a great server and she was very nice respectful and helpful.. She checked on the table a lot and made sure we didn’t want or need for anything. She made the visit great and I will be returning.

A good late night burger and fries at a classic bar scene. Not chic, not fancy, but real deal and upen serving food late. A definite plus in this part of the city.

My sister and I went after work for happy hour on 10.10.24. I ordered spicy garlic wings with blue cheese and 2 drinks. As I attempted to eat the 1st piece, I choked on the chicken. It ended up being a long strand of hair that was wrapped and cooked into the chicken. I couldn't swallow, I was choking and pulled the chicken out of my mouth by the strand of hair cooked into the chicken. The chewed chicken was still wrapped in the hair as I pulled it out of my mouth. The only thing they did was refund the amount of the chicken. Didn't ask if I was ok or anything else. I will never go back there ever.

Came with a party of 15. Which of 6 was kids.
They sat us down … after 10/15 minutes we had to ask someone if we can get menus because no one acknowledged us they sat us and then left. The server was very mean and just had a negative attitude. We waited over an hour for our food. We got seated at the table 5:45 we didn’t eat till 7:15 ish. Then when the food came out it wasn’t even hot 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ she never checked in through out this hour asked if we needed a refill or anything just gone. Table asked for 2 baskets of fried pickles for appetizers while we wait on food we received one basket and then got the other basket 45 minutes later with the rest of the food. Worse experience ever! I don’t know if they can’t handle big parties but not to mention it was NO OTHER TABLES IN THERE! If this was the service we received with no one in the restaurant I can only imagine the service if it was busy! I spend $61 there and I feel like I just threw money away it was not well spent at all! Never will be back on yeaa then after we waited and hour for our food they forgot my daughter fries! They took so long to bring out the fries I said we will just take it to go and give me my check! And this is a summary of the experience not everything I could tell. Do i recommend this place ?? ABSOLUTELY NOT

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Placed an order after work and waited 30 minutes for my order to get home and the entire order was wrong. Called to notify them and I was treated as if it were my fault. Told it would be 45 minutes to get a replacement order out. Called back after a hour of waiting and attitude was immediately given as if again it was my fault. Wait a total of 2.5 hours for my order and nothing was offered or given due to major the inconvenience and when I asked attitude was given. Will never go here again. Service sucks!

We came in around midnight to get some food & drink. Meagan was at the bar, and she was very kind and courteous. There was a mistake in the ordering process and she comped our meal no questions asked. I also saw her cover a woman's drink while she was away from it. Some of the best service we have received in any restaurant as of late.
I got the popcorn shrimp with fries and mac. It came out hot with large portions. We'll have to try more of their food next time!

Food is great, I usually order online. The workers however.. they don't care who is around, they will cuss, act ridiculous, and the girl that was sitting in the front was BURPING! This is disgusting for an establishment.

Most definitely try the breaded chicken wings and drums in your choice of sauce. Best fried chicken ever! Chilli cheese fries are so amazing. The real ingredients will blow your socks off! A must try even if you're passing through. Don't go around happy hour if you don't want to wait. 12pm-2pm is the best time to dine in.
