It costs $100 to reserve a table.hookah cost 40$,it is very expensive,and they make very bad hookah. When you order something, you don't get a receipt, so it's impossible to know the correct prices of the drinks.

Unfortunately a bad experience. We travel several hours by car to see our favorite artist and leave disappointed. Prices too high for the service they offer. The bartenders hardly went to the VIP, the hookah bartender was not attentive. We paid for a VIP and the general people ended up entering the VIP.

It is something super impossible, I paid VIP to also pay the entrance fee, a bottle costs twice as much as normal, travel from hours to nothing, the place and the administration are super bad and terrible, I will not return to that place.

first time here . I want to say I had an awesome experience. I had a wonderful experience with the waitress. Linda, she was awesome.Just want to say thank you it was a wonderful night.

There is no atmosphere here. Only one genre of music is boring and for a Saturday it was almost empty. If they think they're a big deal, at least keep a business full, don't you think? The truth is embarrassing. And also look for a promoter that attracts people who currently have money to spend.

Terrible place, I could give it a 0. The experience there was unpleasant, the waitresses were hateful and uninformed. We asked for a table with two bottles of bucanas 12 and they charged us twice the value of the table of 200 dollars and the price of the bottle for a total of 600 dollars. That place does not deserve the facilities or the customer service for them to charge such a high price. I will never go back there.

We came for a concert and:
1) it has no AC, and if it does, it was not working. It was disgusting.
2) the audio was terrible, couldn’t hear what the singer was singing.
3) service was not friendly.
4) I think the schedule was too late, we were asking for the time of start and nobody knew, that’s bs. If you’re thinking in doing that again, You should be sincere and tell the time of the event.
The Rock group was awesome! They deserved a better place to perform!

The venue was very crowded and there appeared to be absolutely no A/C, the staff is rude and get a bit confrontational when you ask about when the band is suppose to play and ends up playing almost 3 hours later than when the venue opened/ the men’s restroom was completely flooded from a loose toilet. I do not recommend this venue

Terrible organization, the facilities were totally neglected and dirty, the sound was terrible and the staff was totally rude and inattentive, the band played around midnight and was scheduled at 9pm, the place was generally bad, I put a star because they can't be placed Worst ratings, I would say a cheap and classless place.

The Elefante band event started 3 hours late. The place and the organization leave a lot to be desired. The bartender has no patience with customers. In general it is not a pleasant place.
