Nice staff with a clean and chill atmosphere. Great food with reasonable prices. Parking is scarce and you'll have to find street parking or walk from nearby in most cases. Decent Bar and selection. High top tables along with booths available. One star was removed for wait times on food.

I went there at like 12 am on a Friday. It wasn’t super busy but there were still people sitting and coming in. The drinks were so good. They only had one server and once bartender on. The specialty rolls are delicious and take advantage of that happy hour because you get so much food. Our server was also the bartender and he was really nice and our food came out pretty fast. There were some intoxicated couples coming in after a night out and the servers had fun with them. Atmosphere is laid back but you can also get dressed up and go there too. I will definitely be back. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!!

First off, am happy that they were open past 10pm on a Tuesday. Food is good but service was really slow. Waitresses seemed to be walking zombies. No one was bussing tables or attempting to refill water glasses.
Atmosphere is a bit eclectic but what you might expect for a non traditional restaurant.

I would always give Ichiban 5 stars but last week I went there with a friend as we so often do. The Tuna we were served was a light pink color as was the yellowtail. The texture was a little off, kind of mushy. Not the deep red cuts I've grown accustomed to. The waitress was very good and had some explanations regarding the fact that it's what came in that day and that's all they had. That would have been mildly ok, but on our way out we walked by the sushi bar and saw a large slab of the deep red tuna that we were accustomed to, being cut off and prepped for other people's orders. That was mildly annoying. There it was being served to others, but we got the pink questionable stuff that was passed off as what had come in that day.
