I would always give Ichiban 5 stars but last week I went there with a friend as we so often do. The Tuna we were served was a light pink color as was the yellowtail. The texture was a little off, kind of mushy. Not the deep red cuts I've grown accustomed to. The waitress was very good and had some explanations regarding the fact that it's what came in that day and that's all they had. That would have been mildly ok, but on our way out we walked by the sushi bar...
Always an amazing experience when I eat in. The food is delicious, and the service is always great.
