What a great breakfast, everything was delicious, even the coffee seemed to taste even better today. The prices are still reasonable. Wait time was maybe 5 minutes even though we came at noon and they were busy. Ms. Cain, Hostess and our server were both exceptional! It was a very nice experience.

You can't go wrong w/this greasy spoon. I had a to-go order, and everything was correct. Hot & fresh and very tasty. The cashier was welcoming. Ihop is just "That Girl" when you need a switch-up. NOTE- Could someone please was the front doors off? They are always cringe level filthy. I took a point off for that.

Food is good but the service is ALWAYS horrible. There's hardly anyone here when I come and the server takes forever to seat you then takes 10 minutes just to get your drink. And its not like they're busy. This happens literally every single time I've been here and there's no good reason for it. I genuinely do not understand. They have plenty of staff and servers when I come and they are never busy.

I used to love this place but know i wanna protest for them to be closed the ridge location is horrible wait forever then they forget to take your order meanwhile they upset when you say somethingš¤¦šæāāļø very short staff corp needs to be kicked and food horrible close themā¼ļø put Frisch's there

Staff was extremely kind! They seemed to be understaffed, but considering the circumstances, they were doing an amazing job. Milkshakes were good and came quickly, food was hot, quick, and looked exactly like the menu photos! Nice environment, though the speakers are blown out, so the music sounds a bit... odd. The BOH staff member who brought our French Toast to our table was the kindest person ever! She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed! Our server was also extremely nice.
Parking: Huge lot in the front, curbside pickup spaces, plus probably 40+ spots

I just ate here recently the food was amazing and so was the service! I especially want to give a shout out to Natalia and Elijah. They were so kind and provided excellent service!! Iāll definitely eat here again in the future.

Loved the food, but someone came in reeking of pot and my client was triggered and wanted to move away. I realized that's not something you can fix it be prejudice against people who choose to indulge. I loved the price was right.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONE IN THE CITY!!! waited for 45 minutes after being told 20 minutes then the 2 ppl seated after us got served first and the 2nd party was as big as ours. Absolutely done with your establishment!!
The service was terrible. My party and I waited for 45 minutes without receiving any attention, so we decided to leave. By the time we left, it was lunchtime. I wouldn't recommend this place at allāzero out of ten.

I went here with a friend this afternoon and had the nicest server ever and very good pancakes. He ordered the cinnastack and I had the snickerdoodle pancakes. We both loved it!! We were seated almost immediately and the wait time was fine for us. Our server was very kind and did extra to make our time there pleasant. Thank you!

Horrible and needs to be shut down!! They never have enough people working so the wait to be seated is usually at least 45 minutes; but here's the kicker: the place is never packed!!! My family and I came here on Christmas to eat a good meal and instead was greeted by a very rude woman who was arguing with another customer because all they asked was if they could at least be seated and get drinks. We came here before in July and the same thing happened.
Funny thing is that I used to work at this location and it was the total opposite. We were fully staffed, busy, and professional.
Very pathetic to see how this location has gone down especially with such crappy management.

I live 1 minute from the place. I went here for the second time today. Two visits same results. Both times, I was seated & then nothing. I don't wait more than fifteen minutes after being sat at a table. (I watch my clock) If someone doesn't ask me what I'd like to drink after 15 minutes I'm gone. I don't get mad, I just leave. Get me a coffee & acknowledge my existents and I more than patient. My first visit, I wrote it off as a anoff night for the staff and went somewhere else to eat. Today the kind lady that sat me ask me if I was help about 14 minutes in. I said No. She asked a waitress who didn't seemed interested. She then asked, if the waitress if she could help her. Her response was someone (another waitress) wants a table. At that point I got up to a dirty look from the waitress and walked away. Will not return
