Food was horrible. Food was cold when it was brought out and took way to long for them to bring it out and for the food to be cold. Place was falling apart and the service was crap as well. Had to chase down a different waitress to get service. Didn't get half the food we ordered. Ordered a coffee drink and it was horrible taste burnt and couldn't even finish it. No refills on drinks. Ended talking to the manager on site and she did accommodate us by taking majority of our food that we ordered off the bill.

First time here. They were not prepared for the late guest that arrived after a concert, but recovered quickly. Mgr was apologetic. Food was ok under the circumstances.

I have been 3 times at this location. 1st was fine. 2nd visit when finishing my plate at my almost last bite there was a piece of white plastic. 3rd, when I got my cup of cofee, this, was dirty, with lip stick stains. Sorry, I love dinning at IHOP, but this one disappointed me so bad. And beleive me, I been in so many of the them in US due to work traveling.

This place is crazy bad ... the service is the worst I have ever had . This place needs new management bad bad bad. Trash all over the floors had to get up 3 times to ask for stuff , I never could get a refill at all, the food was cold everyone around us was mad about their food also .. the management here is terrible.. send someone to fix this place ASAP

Food came out cold, customers at a nearby table complained about a similar issue. Ordered Creme Filled Crepes and got them without creme. Don't recommend coming here, getting service is like pulling teeth.

It was the day after the 4th of July, and normally I would go to a local diner, something locally owned. However, I called around and realized all the local diners were closed. IHOP was there for me. I got in there, ordered a coffee and water along with some eggs, sausage, some biscuits and gravy, and hash browns. The food came out great; the eggs were just the way I like them. Food came fast too! I got in and got out. I was able to get along with my day in no time. Staff was very polite and checked on me periodically. I highly recommend checking with your local diners first before using IHOP, but if all else fails, IHOP will work!

It's nothing like spending your money somewhere, And you can't even eat your food. Phone call, started off Terrible.
Some lady answered the phone I believe she was white, on my receipt it say Catrina S. My name Carmella, by the way. Pancakes, have white substance on them in random spots and usually my pancakes are brown across the board, not this one. Female had a attitude when she picked up phone, bad energy ran off on me. I'm pregnant btw and we had a bad dinner tonight.Hopefully the phone call was recorded. I wish you'll could see these pictures of the pancakes, I'm cool 😎

My partner and I came here for a late night meal while we were traveling. I ordered the breakfast sampler and my partner ordered a burger and fries. The host and waitress were nice enough as far as actual service went, except for when we went to pay. We were also just one out of three tables so there wasn't much wait time to be served.

My main issue was the meal itself. The Hashbrowns were obviously precooked and then deep fried or microwaved after I ordered. It was a hard brick. I had never had to cut my hash browns with a knife before. It was also cold. The ham was rubbery and had sat cold for a while. The eggs tasted a little sour for some reason. I was very disappointed. The fries were also refried in the deep fryer. The best thing in my meal were the sausages and the pancakes which might have been the freshest cooked items on my plate. It quite possibly could have been a meal served earlier that day that was never picked up by doordash and they slapped it on my plate.

The most annoying part was when we went to pay the waitress preselected the 20% tip option when there was a choice of several tip options including what I usually pay for basic minimum service (15%) and I would, of course, tip more if we had asked for anything at all. Not even a water refill. It wasn't like she had been asked to go out of her way to do anything more than take our order and bring us the food. But if its my option to choose my tip amount, its MY option. I never usually leave anything less than 15% anyways but to have done that automatically is just unprofessional.

IHOP. They have IHOPpy things. We were there after midnight. Great service. Food between really good and great. I'd never hesitate to eat there again, especially if Liz was out server. Thanks, Liz!

Music on the overhead speakers were so loud I asked the waitress to please lower the volume. It was never turned down. I asked again and the manager approached and said he was not lowering the volume to accommodate me. I walked out and will never go to that IHOP again.
It’s pretty bad when the waitresses agree with you and Nothing gets done.

I'm sad to see so many negative reviews because our service was by far some of the best we've received dining out, our food was fresh & the place was super clean. We had the nicest server, Lexiss and the hostess was the sweetest soul. We did have to wait a bit but we didn't mind because short staffing is an issue everywhere. We are in town visiting, so unfortunately we won't be back but leaving a review so it encourages more people to try out this location.
