Worst Ihop experience I’ve ever had. Never got my coffee, server was rude, higher than anyone needs to be at work, and completely unprofessional. Walked out because our food was clearly never coming, and went to McDonald’s. Much better choice than this location.

I got here in the morning and had to wait 40 mins for my food to be lukewarm and for the person I’m eating with not to get their pancakes and to have their omelette messed up, now I will say our waitress was awesome after we explained what happened. Overall I do not recommend!!

Why... just why... I ordered delivery and neither of the pancakes I got had their toppings at all!! That's the whole reason I wanted ihop :( I'm very sad. Also I ordered for 2 people, and they mixed up our pancakes with the sides that they came with. Are you all high?? I love some 420 too but come on man. Who do yall think is ordering food late at night lol??!! Im super sad cause my pancakes were normal and I wanted the special ones :( someone ordering should always get the same quality as someone in the restaurant sitting down. Yall need a new cook too cuz what is up with this turkey bacon? Its FLABBY. I dont feel safe eating this so now I wasted money and food :(

Quiet calm environment, easily the most edible lunch taste and time!
They are never open. Why post hours of operation and you dont follow them. When you they do manage to open they only have 2 people working. Where is corporate who owns this. FIX IT.

Food was horrible. Food was cold when it was brought out and took way to long for them to bring it out and for the food to be cold. Place was falling apart and the service was crap as well. Had to chase down a different waitress to get service. Didn't get half the food we ordered. Ordered a coffee drink and it was horrible taste burnt and couldn't even finish it. No refills on drinks. Ended talking to the manager on site and she did accommodate us by taking majority of our food that we ordered off the bill.

I have been 3 times at this location. 1st was fine. 2nd visit when finishing my plate at my almost last bite there was a piece of white plastic. 3rd, when I got my cup of cofee, this, was dirty, with lip stick stains. Sorry, I love dinning at IHOP, but this one disappointed me so bad. And beleive me, I been in so many of the them in US due to work traveling.
