Went on my birthday. The restaurant smelled like urine. I thought I wouldn't smell it once we were seated since that would put us further away from the restroom but it didn't help. The servers are always awesome but the food is trash. Pancakes are smaller than they were during the pandemic and they looked old. I don't understand what's so difficult about making eggs fried hard. The sirloin tip amount gets smaller and smaller. We're just over IHOP at this point.

Sat for 1hr 15m no food. Saw another table get their for and they turned it away bc it was cold and hard. And they had been there well before us. Asked how much longer. Told, a very very long while. No apology or explanation. Offered to pay for our coffee and kids drinks and she said, just go don't worry about it. Gee thanks 👍🏼

Usually, the food here is great and a longish wait. Today, the wait was crazy. Like 90s Saturday dinner service long. Yes, the issue is short staff, but... why are they short staffed? Why does no one want to work here? It keeps betting worse.

Food was fantastic, best in awhile. Our waitress Megan S, was the best server we've ever had here. She was very polite, funny, engaging , and took great care of us. She deserves a raise. When we come back, we will definitely ask for her to be our waitress.

I was in there the other day and I heard nothing but arguing between employees and I assume the manager. The manager leaves the store and all smell is strong alcohol off of her. And I swear I saw a bottle in her hand while she was outside and possibly inside. I'm concerned for the quality of the food, the safety of the employees and the store

The food is great but the business is not prepared for busy service during late hours. As one of the few restaurants open 24 hours, they are a good option for late night meals after concerts and events. However they seem very unprepared, with less-than-minimum staffing after hours last 10pm, making waiting times absurd and beyond reasonable if attempting to eat here at later hours. Maybe they shouldn't be a 24 restaurant if they cannot accommodate the staffing.

Horrible experience. Ordered eggs over easy. They came hard and cold. Bacon almost uncooked as well as sausage links. Two biscuits with barley enough gravy to cover one. ( Also cold) Told the waitress how bad it was and that I couldn't eat it. SHE ASKED IF I WANTED TO TAKE IT HOME!! Thought she would send the manager. No. Had to go find him myself! Coffee was pretty good. Will never go back. May be better somewhere else but won't take the chance.

No service. Arrived for lunch around 12:15 with 2 hungry kids. They were not very busy. We were seated among multiple tables that hadn't been cleared. They left us with menus and never came back. We finally left after being ignored for 15 minutes.
