The Ihop staff are friendly & attentive. The menu has varied breakfast items and prices. As a senior I like going out for breakfast at a fair price. Thank you for the good service and delicious food!

Brittney W. (Short hair) Poor service!!! Got our orders wrong and didn’t tell us that she charged us extra for sauce on the side. She didn’t listen to us completely before she ran off. She didn’t refill our water! We want to split payment (we told her this when we order) and she has no idea how it works with the IHOP reward system. She still does it wrong even she hurried us to leave. We will not come back.

We stood at the register for 15 minutes with no greeting. Many times we heard “someone will be right with you” from someone who seemed to be the hostess. Meanwhile, servers cashed out tables right in front of us but never acknowledged us. Were we supposed to keep standing? Sit and wait? No one told us. Just tired legs and growing frustration. Eventually, we gave up and left. A simple “please have a seat, and we’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference. Update: Thank you for your response. My first visit to this location was quite an experience. While the wait wasn’t unbearable, the lady at the entrance counter seemed to have misplaced her smile and her enthusiasm. Perhaps it was lost in the Arctic blast of the restaurant’s atmosphere—it was colder than a polar bear's nose in there!
The food was a mixed bag. The eggs and sausage were a delight, but kudos to the chef for reinventing toast as a piece of cardboard and turning hash browns into a culinary mystery. The drafty dining room made sure my meal was frigid before I could even enjoy it properly.
The saving grace of the whole ordeal was my incredible server. She was warm, friendly, and attentive, a beacon of hospitality in a sea of frost. She earns a solid FIVE stars for her impeccable service.
Here's to hoping the restaurant turns up the heat—both literally and metaphorically—next time.

Minimal service- no refills, was not able to find server for food quality, ignored by all other servers. Overcooked steak (asked for blue/rare), undercooked pancakes(completely goo in the middle), undercooked sausage(pink and mushy middle), all food served cold-even the bacon grease had set to a solid. Over all it was way too expensive for the lack of food quality and service.

Absolutely a dumpster fire at the IHOP in Anderson Township. Only half the tables full yet waited a solid hour to get our breakfasts. Several items missing, wrong or not cooked the way we ordered. People were getting up and leaving because they were tired of waiting for their food. Very disorganized. Logical things like bringing silverware to the table weren’t done. Then when food was finally brought out and we asked for silverware the server did two other tasks for DoorDash before we got it and our food got cold. Avoid this place!

We had our annual birthday girl breakfast at ihop like we have been doing the past 7 years. Today was the worst visit we have ever had. Our issues can't all be blamed on the server he was alone and had ZERO help. But we had food that came out ice cold, food completely wrong or items that just never came out. Currently one of us is sick from the food. It was just an overall terrible experience and then not once did a manager get involved. This location needs help and needs a management change.

Went in no one said nothing to us. Sat and waited to be seated for ten minutes and still no one came to talk to us. Then the waitress says loud enough for us to hear to another girl, “this is crazy we can’t take Any more people” there was only a handful of people in there and plenty of seats to have at least come and have seated us at the very least. This is a place that is open 24hrs you should expect people are going to come in and I’m sure you’ve had busier days.
