When we arrived the restaurant was fairly empty. Our food took 40 mins to come out and we were told it’s because the kitchen was slammed. Most of the 5 meals were cold and the omelette was just wrong.

Very disappointed ordered a carry-out order didn't get all my stuff sat on hold for 20 minutes and never got anybody on the phone with me when online and order through GrubHub paid extra fees and still didn't get all my stuff called back to talk to a manager said no manager will be available till tomorrow not happy at all.

My daughter and I visited this IHOP today at lunchtime. The restaurant was not busy, and we would soon find out why. We were promptly seated and the host got our drink order, but after at least 20 minutes that was as far as it went. Our server was supposed to be Britney, but I wouldn't have known who she was because our table was ignored... in a restaurant with few customers. Left a couple of dollars on the table for the drinks and walked out. We decided to visit one of the many other restaurants in Anderson to get breakfast/lunch food.

My boyfriend and I arrived at this IHOP at noon, and even for lunchtime, it really wasn't very busy. We got seated and waited 15 minutes. During this time, the waitress never once even looked at us. She walked by our table at least 6 times and blatantly ignored us to continue serving the table of college age kids next to us and any other table around except for ours. Clearly, she was only interested in getting a tip from a large table rather than even attempting to get us waters, let alone take our order. So we just walked out and went elsewhere. Very disappointing because I really wanted pancakes.

Horrible experience. Clearly under staffed or poorly managed. The front desk was unstaffed for 45 minutes of the hour we were waiting even though there were consistently people waiting in line. We were originally told 10-15 min for 4 people (even though 3/4 of the tables were open. Then waited an hour to be seated. The only reason it was only an hour was that sever groups in front of us left.The restaurant was in horrible condition. Several booths were breaking down, tables had to be balanced with napkins under the feet, panels were falling apart, the floors were dirty, and a leftover coffee pot was left on our table as they seated us.Do not recommend coming here when there are several better options.

GM yelling and fussing at the kitchen and entire staff majority of the time I was there despite it being slow. Had to ask for everything, drinks, silverware . Service was terrible even seem Gm in kitchen touching people pancakes with bear hands to check for butter then serving! Was a hot mess !

Horrible service, Dirty employee uniforms, nasty floors, nasty restrooms, long waits to be seated, no one greeted us for 10 minutes, then we waited 30 mins to be seated, 2/18/24 10:00 a.m. wasn't busy at all. Food was wrong, cold. I could go on for ever. This restaurant has let us down multiple times at this location, something has to be done. Management is very poor at this location. It's very sad for such a wonderful restaurant to be ran this poorly.

Worst experience I've had at an IHOP! "long time in the waiting line" as there were many empty tables! they take a long time to place and deliver the order! and finally they don't come back to your table to ask if you need anything or to find out if everything is in order, they don't even take the bill on the table, I had to get up and go to the entrance counter to ask for the bill!
