The food was great, the service people were very nice, but the dining area was almost as cold as my mother-in-law's heart. I mean I'm not exaggerating when I say you could hang meat in there. Thankfully that was not reflected in the food as it was hot and tasty. Just wear a sweater or a light jacket if you're more used to standard room temperature.

Perfect place to bring your deceased grandmother, considering the temperature inside is sure to keep her at the point of refrigeration. I did almost fall out of my seat once, but the table was so sticky that my arms were basically glued to it, so I’m thankful for that. OSHA approved safety measures. Again, if you’re bringing your grandmother, the burgers are a great choice because my patty was basically already pre-chewed and put on a bun. I thought that was very considerate, although I’m not elderly and can chew mine on my own. I like to see that they’re still enforcing IHOB values. SnoopLion would approve. Love, Karen :)

I got takeout from this iHop, and it was an incredibly regrettable experience. I had a simple order: just the buttermilk pancakes. This is the menu item that is supposed to be their staple. They should have perfected this simple item. However, the quality was horrendous. The texture of the pancakes was almost like they had been dragged over sandpaper. They had giant crumbs ripped off the surface. This made me question if they were really fresh or not. How hard is it to just make a pancake? I'll surely just make my own next time.

Pancakes are great, love the different kinds of pancakes toppings,great locations, great place to meet friends or family. Staff friendly, clean, great parking. Nice place to get any kind of meal at reasonable price.
