This place only had 4 customers at 2:50pm, it was not busy. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes and waited to be seated. There was no waitress or staff; so I walked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened, I feel like they just don't want any business at this point.

The low atmosphere rating was due to the air conditioning being off in our seating area, as we had a large party of 20. However, our waitress provided excellent service and the food was served hot.

Absolutely horrible experience this week. With Kion The food was lukewarm at best, and the service was painfully slow—even though the restaurant was practically empty. Deeply disappointed and completely unsatisfied.
After waiting a while to be seated, I checked my watch after 5 minutes from checking my watch. I still hadn't been seated. So, I just left.

We tried to eat here yesterday. They were busy, but we were sat immediately and there were other open tables. However after 15-20 min of waiting, no one had even come to get our drink order. We were seated right next to the kitchen, so multiple servers walked by us while we waited. One server stepped up to our table and looked at her coworker saying “this table?” and then walked away. We left after that. Had someone acknowledged us and said they would be with us soon, things would have been different. This specific restaurant is always a little slow on service, but it was especially bad yesterday. We will not be back.
