Food was decent. Service absolutely sucked. Wait staff disappeared along with the manager. We could hear a huge argument going on in the back. Minus 10 stars. That whole crew should be fired.

First thing my wife and I got seated right away. We sat down and waited at our table for 15 minutes before our server Tonya W. It seemed like she was distracted or ignoring us because she kept going to other tables that had more people at their table than us. She finally took our order and we waited an hour for our food. It wasn’t just the table next to us said the same thing that they had been waiting for a while. She brought our food and disappeared. The food was fantastic and it sucks to complain. Barely checked on us and the part that bothered us the most is she never brought us our check. We had to ask another server if they could get Tonya to comeback with our check. Again she kept doing other things like cleaning tables or keep going to other tables with more people. It took us 45 mins to get our check. We spent 2 hours in the restaurant just because of her bad service. We want to comeback but thats very unacceptable. Thanks

Came in on a date for some hot chocolate on the first snowfall. The service was absolutely phenomenal, and let’s just say the manager is great at what he does. Everybody was so incredibly sweet! staff seems like they really care about each other. I’d love to come back around sometime!

This place only had 4 customers at 2:50pm, it was not busy. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes and waited to be seated. There was no waitress or staff; so I walked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened, I feel like they just don't want any business at this point.
