Waited 30 minutes for a table at 11am. Once seated it took 20 mins to get a coffee and our order taken. Once our food arrived it was cold. Other customers in the restaurant cussing and talking very nasty loudly, I said something to the waitress and she said we cant control what other people say! What a joke. I seen people with their kids getting up and leaving not finishing their food. Management needs to get this Ghetto IHOP under control

Our server was the better of the ones present. Restaurant was not clean. Food was not great but my children wanted to eat here. Silverware was dirty. I was brought water with particles floating and wgen i mentioned it was told "that's how our water is." Staff was unprofessional and having "interesting conversations" 🤔 I do not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered online and asked for curbside pick up and was told when I arrived there is no such thing but had a broken foot and asked if it was possible to get it The manager hesitated but finally got it After waiting 20 minutes The food was very greasy ( I ordered the egg white vegetarian omelette but that’s all I received. No toast or pancakes

Ordered food at 5am. Pickup is at 521. I arrive and wait 30 minutes extra for a breakfast sampler… Yup eggs, pancakes, sausage and bacon. One hour. Only one other customer… Waiting… Two ladies talking in the back. Not one person attempted to give service. Why are they getting paid lol? Got home food was cold… I have serious doubts on the integrity of the night/morning staff. Never a smile. I’m contacting corporate. 10 years in and this IHOP is still the same service. NO MORE OF MY MONEY FOR MY LIFETIME. TELLING EVERYONE.

We dined in, and I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, and coffee. The coffee, eggs, and bacon were good. But the pancakes were cold when I received my order. The waitress was nice, but not sure what was going on in the back because it did take awhile to receive our food.
The employee that took my order was very knowledgeable and had great customer service he was very attentive Polite and professional I appreciated that most of all and my food was fresh and delicious definitely will go back I want to give a special thanks to Brandon!!!! The chicken and waffles are great!!!!

This Ihop is so special to me in so many ways. First off, EXCELLENT food with excellent chefs, amazing customer service, these employees are so kind, they are exceptionally wonderful at their jobs and always check in and make sure we are taken care of every time we come here. This Ihop is where my soon to be husband and I had our very first date, and where he proposed to me. I will never forget. Also, not only that, but how sweet the waitress was to us, who so kindly recorded the entire engagement. My fiancé asked her in advance to the whole event. Thank you all at Ihop in Colerain Ohio, all of you are amazing people and I will always thank you for your wonderful service and absolutely delicious food.
