Terrible. Was the first costumers and waited 20 minutes before seeing a server to seat us. Waiter took our Fri order then came back 15 minutes later because they forgot what we ordered. Manager had to yell at the waiters to get to the tables after so many people not being served

Dishes were dirty, old ketchup stains on plates. Cups had rings around them and utensils were crusty. We left as soon as the food came out. Burrito shell was clearly old. Coffee was luke warm and came in a pot that was dirty as well. Opened and smelled the pot and it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. I'm a manager at a restaurant and this place was clearly poorly managed.

I placed a To Go order and waited 20 mins before being even welcomed then another 10 min for my food. Then after asking for syrup and butter they still forgot ordered my eggs over medium and they were hard. Literally the worst ihop. I really hope they can make a turn around fast before it gets closed

If ihop corporate wants this IHOP to succeed they better get in there and train them. They are very incompetent from A to Z. I spent $18 on an order that was half filled. Never got my other order. I paid and left never to return.

Amazingly horrible service. 1.5 hours from the time we walked in to get our meal (we were sat in 5 minutes). Missing several portions of our meals. Over twenty minutes just to get toast after we got our meal. 20 minutes to get a manager after asking for one. I have never seen a restaurant so poorly managed in my life. Beyond frustrated. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands towels were out and a lady was in there cleaning and said "oh we don't have them" and looked away.

Probably the worst service I've had in years. My father and I sat there and waited forever. Staff would not even recognize us. I finally had to get hateful with them. We will never go back. Go to the IHOP on Colerain.
I took my mother to ihop this morning I had a very horrible experience we sat in there for 10 15 minutes with no one at the front register and when I ask can I make it to go order they told me it will be 30 40 minutes for me even place in order

This was the slowest IHOP I've even been too. Literally only one other table when we came in. 45 minutes to get our food. So much so we had to get it to go. Bacon was burnt, eggs undercooked. Pancakes were ok.

Waited over 10 minutes to order my food, nobody ever came up to the front desk, there wasn't a single worker in the building, so I gave up. As I drive away, I see all the workers behind the building smoking weed. This exact scenario happened to me 3 times with this location. I haven't been back in months.
