Didn't like anything about my breakfast. The ordering experience wasn't great. The food that came was missing items. The taste wasn't particularly good. Don't recommend at all.

WAY overpriced for the salad. Base price doesn't include protein. Addition of protein costs about as much as an entire salad elsewhere. This place used to be great and lines were out the door, but was like a ghost town when I went. Now I know why.

Bad attitude from the cooks and the cashier, tha food was inedible, spent 20 minutes with a plate in my hand, waiting for the cashier, who was busy making coffee for other customers.

Rude workers, old dry donuts for $4 ea, and messy kitchen area. Selling leftover donuts for double the price doesn't make sense.

Upon pulling in the valet stand had a massive water leak. No issue as things break. In the buildings lobby before the escalator going to the hotels lobby massive water leaks in the ceiling with buckets to collect water and water on the floor Check was nice and easy. Get into our first room. Bathroom smells like piss. Random food on the floor in corners. Dirty feeling all around. Front changed rooms quickly and next door so was easy to move Second room. Felt dirty again. Sheets when pulled back were yellow, had some random hairs, walls had white stains in certain areas, doors were dirty from but being cleaned, ect. Told the front desk this and should find us a new room tomorrow that is clean as I was done changing rooms after driving 6 hrs and has a work dinner to get to. I slept in my clothes the entire stay. Brushed my teeth with bottled water. Took one shower in three nights. All bc the room felt so dirty and with water leaks everywhere who knows the safety of the water. If management can’t keep up with basic paint and cleaning with their own employees I don’t have faith anyone is holding the property management accountable. No one from the front ever called to check in or asked about our stay after issues the first day and asking to be followed up with that night. Breakfast place Inspire you have credits for as Marriott Elite members is a joke. Floors dirty. Attitudes of 2/3 of the workers is beyond horrible. One says free refills till 2pm but don’t go back bc the other will just roll her eyes like your annoying her and your privileged After 10 days on the road the Springhill Suites in random Kentucky was nicer. Basic paint, touch ups, cleaning, new sheets, and a smile go a long way I’m embarrassed this is even a Marriott property Stay at the Courtyard for less next door for less

We spent a night at the Hyatt on our way to Cleveland and were not pleased, so we booked a stay at the Westin on our way back to Nashville, my husband is a Bonvoy member. Our room was clean, in fact we saw cleaning staff in the hallways who seemed to be very efficient. I normally would not mention this, but cleaning seems to be a real issue in many cities. We wanted a different type of pillow and the gentleman who tried to accommodate us was very nice and helpful, although they did not have a soft, feather pillow to offer us. He even came back twice because he found a new pillow, not feather but he tried his best. Our room was old. The bathroom was small and needs updating. The closet outside the bathroom had a big square opening in the drywall above the closet opening where a panel or transom had been. The ceiling had been patched and never painted, it looked like there had been a leak and they never painted or replaced the missing panel. The room was worn and not pleasing in the least. In fact, we checked out a day early because we did not like the hotel or the area. The area is another problem. We walked to dinner out a door in the lobby. This is a huge lobby which must have stunning back in the 80's. There was no signage on the door saying it would be locked at a certain time in the evening. We found this out when we returned (the sign was on the outside where you would not see it when leaving). When we saw the sign, we also saw homeless people standing near the door. We felt uneasy as they were starting to approach us and walked as fast as we could around to the side that the sign said was opened. This was not good. We feel that not only should the door have signage on the inside, the staff when you check in should tell you about this. The front desk staff were OK, not great. Mccormick and Schmick the restaurant downstairs seems to be the restaurant the hotel recommends. We have been to that restaurant chain in other cities and it's not good. Reviews for this one are abysmal. We will skip this hotel in the future as well as the Hyatt. We walked over to see the Museum 21C and that will be our choice if visiting Cincinnati again.

Both Darrell Frazer & Tina Summers were fantastic! Smiling faces, amazing personalities! Thank you for their service & friendliness! They have started off my business meeting on the right foot! The omelet & coffee were tasty!

Wanted to give the Ingredients Restaurant an A++ for customer service with a special shout out to Chef Darrell Frazken. I wanted to order an omelette with goat cheese which wasn’t on the menu and Darrell went out of his way to find me my goat cheese so that he could make me the omelette I wanted!!! AMAZING!

This hotel is very comfortable and stylish. I want to say Tina and Daryl at the Ingredients restaurant are super friendly and hard working. They know how to treat customers. The internal ambience is great.

I stayed at this hotel back in the 1980's and really loved the city. We decided to stay there again this time and really the hotel hasn't changed much. I don't mean that in a negative way either. The hotel has been remodeled but the layout is pretty much the same. The rooms are quite large and the bed super comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows give a great look at the city. We had a view of the ice rink set up for the holidays. There are lots of places to eat nearby. All were fantastic. We enjoyed the lobby bar as well which was very busy for a Friday night! Go visit O'Malley's in the Alley a couple blocks away. Looks like its in a scary alleyway but its so much fun! Great atmosphere. The Honey Bee restaurant around the corner is another fabulous find. An organic place with some outstanding fare!

We came to town for the Bengals/Bills game. We try to stay at this Westin whenever in Cincinnati. The staff was excellent as always. Our room was clean, and if you haven’t stayed here before, the rooms are quite a bit larger than most hotels! The football game was canceled during the first quarter due to an injury, and we headed back to the hotel. The Hotel’s bar was just getting crushed. However, the Westin Bartender (who we have had before) was handling the crowd Amazingly. His name is Paul. He is a master at his craft, and seems to excel when big business hits. At one point when the bar is slammed, a man started making a commotion, he was yelling at Paul to serve him next…I mean literally yelling angrily. Paul acknowledged the man and said there was several guests ahead of him, but he would be there. The man then said I’m a federal agent (not going to say which agency) and demanded to be served now. Paul looked at him (still making drinks) and “A) you are cutoff, B) there’s a manager at the front desk, if you want to make a scene, go talk to him, and C) if you are an agent, let me see your badge and ID so I can speak to your superiors about your behavior. The man left immediately. I want to commend Paul on his poise and composure. Even my wife commented that she couldn’t believe how calm Paul was in the difficult circumstance. But he remained cool. Thanks Paul for a great time and great drinks. You are a true Professional

We were traveling over the holidays to see our daughters for Thanksgiving. After arriving late in the evening, we went to check into our hotel. However, our credit card company for some unforseen godly reason deceived to do a travel block on on credit card. My husband was standing at the counter waiting online with the back for over 25 mins when Zach, kindly gave us a room key so that I could get checked in and our luggage up to our room while my husband waited for the bank to answer. It was so unexpected and sweet that he allowed us to do this. I understand it helped that we were going to be there for the entire week and just not one night but it was so nice to be relaxed. He brought my husband a water while he waited online. After 30 mins, the bank finally undid the travel block and we were able to get checked in. We can't tell you how much we appreciate his patience with us and allowing for me to rest in our room until my husband was checked in. My husband and I travel internationally and nationally staying at 5 star hotels and Zach at the Westin Cincinnati has been one of the BEST hospitality front desk person we have encountered in awhile. That says a lot when a Westin employee has given us better quality service than any of our staying at t Ritz-Carlton, St Regis, Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons. We will be returning to this hotel again when visiting our daughters.

This hotel was terrible. We arrived Christmas evening, and there was no food, and no one working here was able to provide me with any advice on how to get food. The location doesn't feel very safe either. I'm also an Elite Bonvoy member and they put me on the 4th floor rather than a high floor. I was shocked the entire Westin Hotel did not have room service. In face one of their staff members sent me down to the Hyatt to get food. If you're checking in, bring water, food and whatever else you need to be comfortable because they won't provide it.

Great location and room overlooking the ice skating rink. Check in was efficient and check out was express. Parking conveniently under the hotel. Bed was comfy and the room very clean. Would recommend. Not sure why there’s a 200 word minimum
