The cookies are fantastic, and the late hours make it a perfect spot for students and locals. While the store is a bit small, it’s easy to get in and out. Lines can be long during peak times, and the cookies are a bit pricey—but that’s expected for a specialty cookie shop.
I visited October 2024. Purchased a couple classic cookies, chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk. They serve them warm which is nice. Cookies are good, not amazing. But will satisfy your cookie craving. Busy on street parking.

After a few visits my verdict is: very good cookies, very unhappy employees. It's clear that they hate their jobs and resent you for wanting cookies.
Girlfriend got screamed at for looking for a restroom while we were waiting in line.
Employees repeatedly yelled at customers in line for partially holding the door open.
When I ordered the variety pack with multiple flavors, the cashier seemed defeated by this task and rolled his eyes at a coworker. 🤣🤣
They're solid cookies but it's just not at all worth the bad vibes. There's other, friendlier options in the area.

Pretty tasty cookies. I like them more than Crumbl. They are quite expensive though, but the cookies are always buttery as heck. I have had a few workers there with an attitude, but that was a few years back, nothing recent. I did find a dirty diaper by the front door so that was... cool.

I only give this place a low rating because it’s only one location in Cincinnati and that’s Clifton I live in Mason and would really love one to be out this way. They make enough money to have expanded by now these are too good. I love the confetti or birthday cake.

The delivery service is a joke. In my last 3 orders, one driver left the cookies in front of a closed hair salon at midnight, a block away from my home. The next time the cookies were left on the sidewalk and stolen by the time I got there. Tonight, the cookies were left on the filthy floor of the mail room and I had to go get them in my PJs. All 3 drivers were instructed to bring them to my front door and had my phone number.
Cookies was horrible the sizes were not consistent..to spend damn near $25 on 6 reg cookies and they were small a** hell im livid .. 2 outta 6 cookies was fat big and hard barely soft in the middle and the other 4 was mini 3 bites and it’s gone i remember i couldn’t even finish a cookie before but now they playing in ppl face cookies was not warm at all and i ordered within the store … ill never be back especially with the prices raised how they are and advertise 6for $16 but paid $23 ??
I got a double chocolate mint cookie, served warm and it was awesome. They have great deals when you buy more.

After placing a door dash order and waiting an hour, a “supervisor” said a driver was on their way and will call upon arrival. We waited an hour and a half to find our cookies on the ground outside. They have a severely flawed system taking the joy out of cookies everywhere.
