The service was sad. The server told us we had 10 minutes on our cookies. We ended up waiting 30 minutes. While we waited, we couldn’t hear ourselves think due to the obnoxious music being played loudly. After we finally got our cookies, they were hard. Overall a terrible experience.

The driver provided our order in a timely manner. However, the product was less than satisfactory. These cookies were for our office party, and I raved about Insomnia cookies and how they were going to win the cookie contest. Imagine my surprise when these hard, thick, dry cookies came to my office. I was very embarrassed, and those that had Insomnia agreed. Those who had not, were disappointed as they did not live up to the hype I provided. Please do better in the future.
Store wasn't open when I came by at 5:30pm. I should have checked the reviews to see that sometimes they just close at random.

Ordered them online and cashier couldn't fi d the order. She had an attitude the whole time and wasn't friendly at all. Cookies weren't as good as they usually are. I wont be coming back to this location , I'll stick to the Clifton one.
Everything was ok just more satisfied with this companies competition. The cookies here are thin vs the cookies at crumbl and I’m just being honest. Cookies are expensive for what you get here but I feel they are worth that ticket at crumbl due to more cookie.

Service was pretty sad. It typically is. The person working the front register never once made any effort to be friendly or provide actual customer service. He said the least amount of words possible and would not interact with us otherwise. I do not expect much typically (I understand how hard it is out there these days) but this was pretty bad. My husband was with me and he is a VERY social and optimistic guy (I’m usually the anti social one) and the worker was not acknowledging our attempt to conversate with him at all. The cookies were overdone but that didn’t bother me as much as the way the staff treats you here. Really should work on re-training staff on positive attitude or at the least, a hint of a smile. ?? The time we went was about 8:30-9 pm in case that matters.
