I ordered a brownie and icecream, to tell which flavor, i asked to sample a flavor but never got a sample and they just gave me the first flavor i had asked to try, i mentioned again that if i could try this one first (i was the only customer at the time) but no response and just packed the one i had asked for to try. Thats poor customer service. And after i placed the order she said the brownies were out and it will take about 10 mins to make more or i could get a brookie instead.

My first time at Insomnia Cookies! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My phone was not working correctly to pay for my order and the staff was very patient and understanding. I’ll definitely return and recommend this store to others! What started out as a frustrating situation due to my payment being declined turned into a good experience because of the sale associate’s kindness.

Had a great experience with Na ‘ imah.
She showed care and attention to detail in what she was doing. She gave me an awesome experience for my first time at Insomnia. Will definitely come back! Cookies were warm and delicious too.
