I can't brag enough about the Spiderman cookies we ordered for my son's 4th birthday. I brought inspiration pics with me, and Inspiring Kind made them happen! Everyone was asking about the cookies and where we got them, they were absolutely worth every penny! thank you so much!!

My family & our business have been buying cakes & cookies here for 10 years so I do not take leaving a negative review lightly. Upon ordering the employee was very unfriendly, and the same on pickup. The preordered cake was SUPPOSED to be decorated w/ flowers, writing and a DARK pink border (as discussed). The employee went to the back for several minutes- came back and handed the box closed. So it was requested to at least take a peek. TOTAL SHOCK at this attempt at writing from a bakery of this caliper!!!!!! PLUS- NO decoration at ALL & the weird uneven same colored border! Then she said that the decorator just walked out, so this is what we have. (so I am guessing maybe this person did the "decorating" attempt quickly) This cake was NOT cheap- $95 and a surprise for a birthday! Not to mention this was NOT the same quality as we've had in the MANY years past. The cake was SUPER dry. So disappointing all the way around.

Its a nice little bakery but the parking condition may be a bit to desire.

They did our wedding cake and it turned out amazing! It was beautifully decorated, the flavor was so delicious. Will definitely use them for ori anniversary and birthday celebrations from now on.

Refused a 6 year old from going to the bathroom

Inspiring Kind delivered an exceptional cookie tray for our wedding rehearsal dinner! We had an unusual request for cookies shaped like horses and chef hats (related to nicknames for the bride and groom) and they even created a horse wearing a chef hat for our design. Guests raved about the taste of the cookies as well as the design. Thanks for adding to our special weekend!

I usually have great experiences here. I bring my kids for the super cute cookies and usually kind customer service. However it’s been months since we’ve been back and now I remember why. There is a young women who works the cash register with blonde highlights and she is not inspiring any kind of kindness. She greeted us like she was disgusted that she had to talk to us and my kids are always SO excited to go to the “pink cookie place”. The cookies are good for what they are but with nasty customer service we will not be coming back. Please practice inspiring more kindness!
