This is a 5 star quality food and service right here on The West Side! Excellent food! I talked about how good my food was for days!

The sauce on the prime rib totally ruined the entire dish. Order your prime rib with sauce off. Servers are weird. Won’t be back.

Was excited to try Ivory House after a friend visited here last week. Good to see a place setting up shop in Westwood.

1 Star is weighted against the price point - at the menu prices they are going up against the likes of Jeff Ruby's and unfortunately the service and food just isn't up to the same standard.

Ambiance: The restaurant is gorgeous. Decor and furnishings are great looking.

Service: Service was good. Attentive and consistent but not stellar. Again at the price point it should be better. One minor quibble is that when we have reserved online at Ruby's, Jags, Nicolas and noted what were celebrating (this was a birthday) they have always acknowledged that when dining and added a special touch. No such thing here.

Food: We ordered the Wagyu Smoked Carpaccio, Miso Hummus and French onion soup as appetizers. The carpaccio was great. Hummus and soup good.

My son had the Wagyu sliders and liked them - I did not get to try them but as a 6 yr old he gave two thumbs up.

My wife had the steak Diane ($56) and I had the bone in ribeye ($79 on menu but for some reason was $90 on the receipt). The steak Diane looked more like a beef pot roast. Too much sauce (which was too salty) and the presentation was just bad.

My ribeye was cooked to order and perfectly fine. The sides though, mac&cheese and brusselssprouts were let downs. The mac&cheese was either undercooked or overcooked (dried out when baked) and the brusselsprouts were definately overcooked (charred and soft). They were also quite salty.

Last but not least we ended up having two desserts. Carrot cake to go, and triple layer chocolate mousse cake to have there. The carrot cake I had today and it is good. The mousse cake though was not good - it seems like it had been frozen and an attempt to thaw it had been made but it needed to thaw further. So anything that should have been 'mousse' was just really hard chocolate. At $14 it was a real let down.

Conclusion: Total for meal with two cocktails was $261. Again at that price point I would skip Ivory House and go to any of the Jeff Ruby restaurants, Jags or the like. Too many better options. Some tweaks here and there would go a long way. Glad we tried Ivory House and hope they can make some improvements to justify the $$$$.

Incredible meal! The steak cut like butter and the French style muscles were the best I have ever had. Service was outstanding. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely be back!

Went here because it has a reputation of great steaks.
The atmosphere was superb. Live piano music. The service was by far the best thing here.
The dinner rolls were quite addictive. We ordered the sea bass entre and the prime rib special. The sea bass was huge and tasty. The prime rib was also generous in size. Cooked as requested, but tasted more like a steak than prime rib. The desserts were ok...not the reason for coming
All in all, glad we did it once. It was a bit of. Drive to get here so probably won't do it again given the distance and cost.

Tomahawk ribeye for two for $99 was fantastic with two salads, two sides and a sharable dessert. Mussels and tuna appetizers were top notch. Service was impeccable. Can't wait to go back.

I have been meaning to experience Ivory House after helping (in a small way) to get them in business! I finally went with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The food was seriously incredible! My husband was blow away by the steak, he said it was the best steak he’s ever had in his life! I had the Frutti di Mare Bucatini and it was so delicious! The flavor was so powerful and savory, I wanted to lick the plate clean! The atmosphere was amazing and the piano was a very nice touch.

I’m so excited to have such fine dining on the West side! We will definitely be back! Amazing job, Frank & Rick!!

First time with high expectations but I was really dissapointed and so was my party of 5. We all had the Thursday's special which is Prime Rib, two sides, salad and dessert. The salad was fine. The meat was not very tender as you would expect, medium rare for me and it was a bit over cooked. The sides were fine and so the portions but the main problem we all had is that the food was served cold. You couldn't really ask to have the meat reheated because it would overcook. The manager was kind enought to bring me an extra portion of "hot" mashed potatoes and that was it. The cinnamon roll as dessert was good I have to say. I shouldn't forget to mention that the service was very good though. We had Fernando as our server and he was very good and attentive, and so was the manager. Sadly, I don't think I will be back and neither my friends.

Food was great. Best scallops I've had in Cincinnati. My husband loved his steak. We will definitely be back, especially for their specials because they cannot be beat!
Unfortunately our leftover food wasn't packed very well - some of my husband's food somehow ended up in my box. Not a huge deal for us, but it could've been an issue for someone with allergies.

I've been here about 3-4 times since they opened. With this price level, you know the quality upper tier. But compared to other high-end restaurants in Cinci there's not really anything that ever wowed me. It's just.. good expensive food. But not super memorable.
