I found the food to be amazing! I found the service to be insulting and disappointing. Our total cost was approximately $500+ not including gratuity, and when the manager visited our table, he asked if there was anything else he could do for us. My guest of honor requested more bread, and his response with a low volume slightly above a whisper with a cynical tone was “The first loaf is complimentary, but (gesturing with his thumb pointing upwards) the second loaf will be four dollars.” We said, “okay “ and he left. Now, to make a big deal out of four dollars as if we could not afford it after already sitting at $500.00 was strike one. However, charging for additional bread is unacceptable and not standard restaurant hospitality! Four dollars! Factor that into your overall cost. That is ridiculous! That was strike two! The third strike was we NEVER received it! We are not sure if he forgot or feared we could not pay after that insulting response. Sad. The food was amazing, but the lack of customer service was daunting. He was the manager! His example of leadership is poor. Sad.

My son and I tried the Tomahawk Tuesday Special. Absolutely incredible! The Caesar Salad was by far the best I’ve ever had in my life. The steak was cooked perfectly. Our sides was the mash potatoes and brussel sprouts. I’m blown away but the service. Can’t wait to try the seafood next.

This was our favorite spot on the Westside, we come here alot. Today was very disappointing. There were 8 people total in the restaurant besides me and my family. Food was served luke warm, we told the server my grandbaby had a dairy and shellfish allergy. Well apparently the server didn't tell the cook because my grandbaby had a allergic reaction, projectile vomiting everywhere. Very disappointing, and the food sucked too. My family is from Tennessee and I bragged about this place, we won't be back.

We got the crab cakes, tuna, seabass, filet minon, and Caesar salad! It was all delicious!!! The seabass, crab cakes, and Caesar salad were my faves!!! Had a delicious cinnamon roll for my birthday dessert! This spot is a treat!

I came here one Friday night to celebrate a birthday. They have nice date night ambiance, but it's not a super formal place. You can be tastefully casual. The live piano music was a great addition to the vibe. My lady is a steak person and I'm a seafood person. She liked her filet and mashed potatoes, and was pleased with the wine selection.. zero complaints from her. The crab cakes were an excellent starter; the crab was good quality and the accompaniments all added to it.. nothing on the plate was boring.. 9/10 plate for me. The frutti di mare was also an excellent dish; the sauce was incredible and all of the seafood was super fresh, especially by Ohio standards. I'd eat that dish any day. We got complementary dessert for the bday. They had 10 flavors of gelato to choose from, and the 3 we tried we tried were pretty decent.. nothing crazy. Overall, it was a great experience. Service was great.. s/o to our server Nikky. It was an all-around top-notch.l experiecne and I have no doubt we'll be back.

Loved the food and the atmosphere. The service started out superb until our server raised her voice and chastised my husband for saying thank you sweetie. She said I know you are trying to be kind but I don’t appreciate it loudly enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. This was his birthday celebration and he was mortified. We will never return.

Our waitress, Elise, made the evening truly exceptional—she was informative, professional, and genuinely kind. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Cincinnati.
