Went thru the drive thru to get lunch. My husband always gets the Rueben without the dressing. I usually get the Joe Walter, but I got a Turkey and Roast beef on white this time. I should have asked for tomato and lettuce on it, but I didn't, so it didn't have any on it. The food is always good. The cashier was friendly and asked if we needed any sauces.

We went through the drive thru and the little boy working behind the window poked fun at our order saying that if we kept ordering like that he’d continue to have a job. We ordered two sandwiches. He also forgot the extra sauce for my ma. Who makes fun of someone’s order? Do better.

If comfort food had a clubhouse, Izzy’s would be president. Their Reuben sandwich is so stacked and juicy, it should come with a napkin bib and a standing ovation. The corned beef is tender enough to make your grandma jealous, and the sauerkraut has just the right amount of sass.

I placed a very large order this morning for 29 co workers. I want to let the staff that worked on our order how perfect it was!!! Everything was correct, hot and on time. They took the time to make sure everything was labeled as requested so that I knew exactly which meal went to each person!!!! Thank you for the top notch experience everything was as ordered and there was not one thing left out. Izzy’s will definitely be a go to for us. Fortunately this wasn't our first time at Izzy's. We had a wonderful experience back in November. This time our server was rushing and came across less than friendly. Whomever was running the kitchen was yelling at everyone else to the point the patrons were becoming uncomfortable. Fortunately, a second server took over for us and he was very nice and accommodating. The food was amazing so we will definitely be back when we come to Cincy again. I just hope the atmosphere settles back down.
