Me and my mom come here a lot for the Reuben’s and potato pancakes which we love! Our server that we just had was lovely as well!
However me and my mom just came to dine in, and as we came in to sit down, one of the workers started to stare at us and as my mom went to ask our server how they were, I heard another worker behind the counter in the kitchen seem to copy what my mom said and say “Hi how are you” in a very high-pitched mocking tone. I returned to Cincy after 10 yrs & had to have Izzy’s! I did takeout and online ordering was pretty easy with easy selections of type of breads, condiments, sides etc.
The pastrami I had on Brioche bun was excellent and worth the price.
The seasonal soup/currently split pea was way too salty—I was so disappointed as that was my main reason for going back to Izzy’s.it was not close to what I had remembered from the past. Salt is bad for everyone—let...
