Took my elderly mom for lunch today, we were welcomed and helped to a table by the staff as soon as we walked in -really friendly, efficient service. we got Rubens and potato pancakes. They were really generous sized and tasty. Very pleasant lunch.

A friend and I went here to celebrate our birthdays. We had a 7:15 reservation. Arrived a few mins early. Was told to wait and they'd come get us shortly. The bar was full with diners, so there was no place to get a cocktail while we waited, which wasn't that big of a deal since we were going to be sitting down shortly. 50 minutes later I checked in with the host and was told they were sorry it was going to be a little while longer. What can I say. You just can’t beat Izzy’s Ruben and potato cake, and those pickles. The service was amazing and the place was clean as a pin. I can’t wait for the Monroe Location to open.
