Place is mid at best. I’ve been here twice now, and both times it wasn’t anything special. The cheese on the Reuben and on the tuna melt wasn’t melted at all. Also I asked for a side of thousand island with my tuna melt, they put it on the sandwich, ew! The potato pancakes are always very good. After giving this place a second chance and it still not being worth the steep price, I won’t be back.

This is a small space in a mini strip mall. You seat yourself or go to the counter for carry out. There is seating around the counter. Part of the area where they prepare food is behind the counter. Servers have always been very friendly and work hard to make sure your order is going to be what you want. They still bring a container of pickles to your table when they come to get your drink order. There is usually only one server who also clears tables but it is a small place so it seems to work. Every sandwich comes with a potato pancake which is their signature. Everything we have tried has been great

I had the goetta Ruben and potato pancake and side of pickles. My waitress was very friendly and on point. Been craving Izzy's and I was just amazed with how wonderful everything was. I will be back for sure!

We had a family outing to Izzy's. Their pickles are so good and it's a cute spot to get some tasty sandwiches and potato pancakes. We were a group of five and the staff were so nice throughout the visit. My grandparents split a meal and they served their half sandwiches and half potato pancake on separate plates for them. My mom ordered the beast Reuben and it was HUGE! There was a lot of meat and having it between two potato pancakes was lavish. It was also served with an additional potato pancake. She only finished half of it. I had the Goetta Reuben, I was trying to get two Cincinnati classics at a time. I realized I prefer my Goetta extra crispy, so even though it was tasty I would get a regular Reuben next time. Everyone had a great meal and the staff made sure we had full waters throughout the meal and to go boxes.
