I have been to Findley market twice in the last 2 months after not being for years, I had a good time, but Gibbs Cheese was hands down the best place I stopped both times. The first time, I just tried fudge, which they let you sample (so you can really decide which one you want) the second time we also got olives, which were very delicious. I'm a maker, I'll go out of my way to make the things I want so I don't have to deal with people, but my experience here makes me want to grab my fudge from them every time. I loved it

Good choice of cheese the two guys working on friday 10th may were terrible bad attitudes slow rude what more can you say , won't buy from them again !

A new favorite spot. Owner Jeff Gibbs knows all 165 of his cheeses. He started working the family business at 12 years old collecting eggs from local farms. The sliceable bleu is great for burgers. The local Swiss is great too. Oh and they grind peanuts right there for fresh peanut butter. Next time getting the speacial cheesecake! We bought pounds of cheese. @Destinationthisway

Gibbs has the finest selection of cold meats and cheeses in the area. Don’t forget their fudge and wide selection of pickled foods. This is a must stop whenever you visit the market!

A must stop on every trip to Findlay. The selection is amazing, and the staff makes great recommendations on what to try next. Be sure to be paying attention, they don't use numbers so get your hand up!

Cheese and they bake their own ham, turkey and roast beef- the best
Their cheese selection is incredible!! Can't be beat! Try the Steakhouse Onion Cheddar on a burger - AMAZING!
