Heard great things, decided to treat myself after being hospitalized for a week. From the moment I walked in they were trying to shove me out the door. Grabbed two small plates from the buffet. Soon as I sat down, the waitress walked up and tried to take one and I had to stop her and told her I hadn’t touched it yet, didn’t help that she was smoking right outside the front door when I came in. Went back up to get hibachi, didn’t even get into my chair and she was shoving the bill in my face before I could even sit down. Had to tell the gentleman at the hibachi to cook my food longer. I had egg, shrimp and beef with noodles and vegetables, he tried to cook it for 15 seconds, no sauce or water to try and steam it. He got mad when I said it wasn’t cooked. You could tell the beef was still frozen in the middle and the shrimp was still raw. Rest assured though, the second my card touched down in the payment disk next to the fortune cookie, I didn’t even have a chance to pick up the cookie before the waitress swooped in to pick it up and charge it. Likely won’t ever be back. Which is a shame. Very rude to treat customers that way when the place has such potential

The food here really depends on what you choose in my opinion because everything I get is usually good and I have no issues there, I never eat in always carry out its much cheaper that way and I do agree that the price for eating in is high for the selection of food but my only complaint is just about every time I go to the buffet there is a gentleman not sure if he’s the owner always comes out the back and seems to follow me around the buffet like he’s watching to see if I am going to dine and dash lol not sure what his problem his and he gets kind of close making me feel uncomfortable I may give it another try but if this continues to happen I will write them off my list

It’s was so flavorless nothing was seasoned. the crab ragoons tasted weird and were a weird color, everything was cold minus the soup and the hibachi that you could get made fresh. Nothing was worth eating honestly. The cake was hard and crumbly like it had been sitting out for days just overall gross. Also never got our waters refilled. $31.40 for two people and was a complete waste of money.

This place disappointed me 3 times, they say they have crab legs but what they really have is a pan of hot water they occasionally drop one or two individual pieces into so you believe you may get some. There really is noting redeeming about this place
