Never in my life have I left a Chinese establishment feeling sick and unsatisfied. The atmosphere was dark and dingy. The food was cold and vegetables undercooked. The food lacked any seasoning or flavor. The chicken wings were over cooked and had feathers still on them. Absolutely disgusting do not eat here if you have any self respect.

Not. A. Fan. The service was perfectly fine. Showed up at 1:00 for lunch the buffet was fully stocked but most of the cold items were clearly dried out. I wouldn't define the hot items as being hot but rather warm. I would say if you want a lot of food at a relatively reasonable price and don't care too much about the quality, this is your place.

The staff are rude except the for the lady behind the counter. I was there on Sunday the food was ok I had to ask for them to replace the crab legs it took over 15 minutes and when it came out it was only enough for a plateful and it was only partially thawed there was still a little ice in some pieces I asked for hot tea they brought me a teapot with a fruit flavor teabag I thought I was getting Chinese tea when I asked for it to be removed from my bill the host got an attitude when I got the bill the tea was not removed.

We came in with a large party, and they attempted to put us in a booth for 4, then acted annoyed when we asked for chairs at the end and did not get them for us. We had to arrange and make two tables for ourselves. Staff were rude, inconsiderate. Food was severely undercooked, even the crab rangoons and french fries. No one wanted to eat but a child in our party. We asked for a container for the rest of his uneaten food on his plate, as the rest of us had decided we were going to eat elsewhere. They refused us one. All the time, all the meals and drinks were paid for with five not eating! The child that did eat is now feeling unwell and been im the bathroom for the last twenty minutes! Avoid this overcrowded place like the plague! Would not return!

The waiter was always on time to pick up plates or refill drinks. And the place is clean and shiny with great lighting. The only complaint is that the bathrooms are not in good shape, and the gaps are kind of big for what I would prefer. But if you were to need to do your business, it's perfectly fine as no one goes into the bathroom anyway.Parking: Parking is just the same lot as the strip mallKid-friendliness: No one cares if you bring a kid down to an infant, just watch after them as they can get hurt if they play.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs whatsoever

Me & my Family have ate here before & it was good, But our recent experience at Jade Buffet during Lunch hours was not so great, there was a sewer odor smell when you walk in the door (we should have left back out the door, but we did not) & the service was mediocre, seating was way to close to other people to the point u really couldn't enjoy your food or Convo!
