Sadly, I have used this company for more than 5 years, until a disastrous experience on 12/15/22. The evening caterer set everything up and then left the site. The food was left in the chafing dishes overnight (thank goodness the sterno didn't catch anything on fire!). We were scheduled to have 2 more services the next day, but they cancelled via email 1/2 hour before the first service on 12/16/22, making us scramble to feed our associates a holiday meal. I have asked, via both phone message and email, for a copy of the refund receipt, and asked when they were coming to pick up their equipment. As of 12/19/22, they have not responded to either type of message, and their dirty items remain sitting in my facility. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable, and we will NEVER use this company again!

Jeannette's Delicacies just catered our son's Rehersal Dinner . It was fantastic. John was incredibly responsive and easy to work with . The Italian pasta bar got lots of compliments and the cheesecake and Key Lime Pie dessert shots were delicious.We had a problem securing a liquor license for the location we used and he took care of it.I would highly recommend Jeannette's for your next catering event

My place of employment had Jeannett's deliver lunch for our staff. Absolutely amazing. The chicken salad is delicious! I am picky about chicken salad and Jeannette's was perfect. The chicken salad was on top of lettuce which was lightly flavored with dressing. Delicious!!!!

Food was so good and Jeanettes was so easy to work with. They allowed me to change the menu within 3 weeks and let me pick up linens early for set up. The day of everything went seamlessly and they were very professional. We even had some leftovers that were great the next day. Such good homestyle cooking

Jeanette and her team were so wonderful! They catered our wedding and helped with everything from beautiful food displays to event rentals and more! Great value - her menu was priced very well and the food was exquisite. She was very attentive to our needs and ensured everything to go smoothly. This was very important because our wedding was held at a private venue without event coordinating staff. Would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone hosting an event big or small and elegant or casual.

Jeannette’s charged me $1,200 two months after my wedding, at which they were paid in full. More than two weeks after the $1,200 charge and I still can’t get my money back.Jeannette’s catered my wedding on 9/7/19 and were paid in full on 9/1/19. After our guest count was finalized, Jeannette’s actually owed me $70.28. The evening of my wedding, an employee tracked me down and asked me to settle up. I informed her that THEY owed ME money. She said the accountant would issue the refund at a later date. Not believing I’d ever see that money, I deducted it from their tip.Two month’s later, I noticed a $1,200 charge come through on my debit card. I called Jeannette’s several times and couldn’t reach anyone. I got online and found a Better Business Bureau review that mentioned another customer had also been double charged. I reported my debit card lost/stolen so no more fraudulent charges could be processed.I finally got a hold of Jeannette via email and she stated she would refund the $1,200. She sent me a photo of the refund receipt and I checked my bank account to see the refund was Pending. Several days later, the refund was never deposited and was no longer pending. I contacted my bank and was informed that Jeannette’s must have issued a stop payment on the refund. I contacted Jeannette’s and she said that the money had left her bank account and it must be an issue with the credit card processor. She has since stopped responding to my emails and I still do not have my $1,200.
