Disappointing evening. Have eaten here many times and never left feeling sorry we went there until last night. Service was slow. Our bread was forgotten twice, nobody came to take our order after wine was served until i eventually flagged someone over. Food was fine but not outstanding as it always has been. Salads were large and tasty. Sea bass very nice. Carrot cake outstanding. Wine delicious albeit pricey.

Out filets were perfection. Always are, actually. Best steaks anywhere. Like the Precinct addition of a side and a Freddy in addition to the optional sharable sides. Great history and wonderful ambiance. Best restaurant and best steak in Cincinnati... and most other places, too. Wait staff personable and helpful. Going online to schedule next visit as soon as I hit "send" here. Thank you so much for an excellent dining experience and meal.

Went for a birthday celebration. Ordered the filet mignon and it came out cold. I told them and they made it right and also gave us a free carrot cake. Was so yummy! Would definitely still go back again.

We go to the Precinct every year for our anniversary. All of our previous trips were perfect. Yesterday was not. Our server, Anthony was not nearly as attentive as our other servers have been. We felt rushed when our main course arrived before we were done with our salad and bread. One of our filets was 1/4 gristle. The manager eventually brought another steak but one of us was completely done with dinner before the other steak arrived. They offered no compensation for their mistake. When the check came we asked about it and they grudgingly comped one round of drinks.

My wife and I enjoyed a terrific meal at the Precinct for our 41st wedding anniversary. The food and service were both outstanding. We are never disappointed with a Jeff Ruby experience. Thanks to the Precinct for making Rhonda's special for us both! Well done.

Was a wonderful evening. Everything about the dinner was spectacular as usual. Our waitress and assistant were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner great! The food was delicious and the special desert treat they gave us for our special occasion was also magnificent. Though it's somewhat expensive, it's still by far our favorite restaurant to eat at and celebrate our special occasions. Thanks again for a wonderful evening!
We opted for a wonderful family dining experience to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The service was wonderful, great ambiance, remarkable staff and the food was perfect. We had a 3 and 5 year old attending with us and the staff was simply terrific with them. This was an evening we will never forget and we look forward to our next couple's date night at The Precinct.

Our server was very slow in our opinion considering people who came in after us were getting their food faster it seemed. We asked for coffee and was told it was being made and never got it. The food was room temperature considering it was the special. We were charge twice for our meal. We didn't know this under our bank showed a charge for our meal and we used gift cards. We didn't see our server very often considering how the other servers were more attentive to their customers' needs than ours. We came back to this restaurant because we had such a positive experience the first time. Of course that was a few years ago but the reputation of the restaurant is well known throughout the city. Don't think we will be back to this location.

We had a great time visiting the Precinct. As Cincinnati locals you often hear about how great it is, but you truly just have to try it out for yourself. The cocktails are always tasty, service is 10/10, main courses are always great but I highly suggest the pork belly appetizer and you cannot skip dessert! The butter pie is exquisite.
