It was a busy night and I realized a friend of mine was playing the piano. The bar was packed. I talked to Emily and she worked magic and within a few minutes we had a seat. Additionally, she made sure our entire night was perfect. David Graham was the pianist and he was his usual amazing self! The food was excellent, the drinks strong, and a great vibe. Highly recommended!!

Our server was pleasant and attentive, checking in with us frequently enough to ensure our needs were met without stopping by too often. The entire service team provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our food was up to the usual Jeff Ruby standard - deliciously prepared and more than we needed to eat, leaving us something to enjoy at home. The pianist in the bar provided excellent entertainment, playing and singing at a level that made for easy conversation.

With the number of people who came over to the table to make sure everything was ok, I would think they could have someone paying attention to doing things right the first time. Horrible value for the money and I will not be back as Jeff Ruby's is living on reputation alone

This location has all the class and attention you expect at Jeff Ruby's and possibly more. Attention to detail in the layout of the facility, simply beautiful, warm and inviting. Our waiter for the evening was off the cuff with every aspect, made our evening special start to finish, Thank You Umit for everything! Much appreciated! Wonderful dinner to celebrate a 21st birthday and a graduation. The food, atmosphere and service were all impeccable. Angelica was our server and did an excellent job as did the person that was assisting her. They were both around frequently enough to make sure everything was fine and water was filled etc but not so much that it felt intrusive. The manager stopped by the table shortly after food was delivered to make sure all steaks were cooked to our liking and that everything was going well. All of the food was excellent from appetizers to dessert. The graduate and birthday girl both got cupcakes with candles in them to celebrate which was a nice touch. It was the same excellent food and service that we have received in the past. Some favorites that are always must haves for us: Freddie or wedge salad, Potatoes Anna, mushrooms, any of the steaks, and butter pie for dessert. A new favorite was the pork belly appetizer.

We had a couple things to celebrate and was also our son‘s first time at Jeff's Ruby's. As usual, the service was outstanding and also the food. Our boys really enjoyed everything from the special treatment to the ambiance and food. Job well done!

We loved every part. Brussel sprouts and green beans were awesome . My steak was perfect as usual and my wife loved her chicken. Our first time dining at the downtown Cincinnati location and we will return. Angelica and her support staff were all Great.
