Expected impeccable service for price of restaurant but found it to be on par with other casual restaurants. Kids burger was terrible quality of meat. For the price, much better restaurants in the Cincinnati area

We had to wait a while for our table but once we got seated we had a great experience. Cameron was a knowledgeable and engaging server who took great care of us. The steaks are always live up to expectations. This visit the dessert was the highlight - butter cake and the Air Jordan V.

We had a wondeful birthday dinner. The food was very good, however one of the lobster tails was mushy. Our Waitress and service by others was top notch. We will be back.

Another outstanding dinner at Ruby‘s downtown Cincinnati... Our servers, Jordan and Lupe were on top of their game. They were very attentive, but not intrusive. Steaks were grilled to perfect temperature - including my wife's medium rare + order! We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The hostess and both of our servers congratulated us several times. The custom printed anniversary congratulations on our menu was an awesome gesture . All around an excellent meal, service and dining experience.

We have always been fans of Jeff Ruby's steak house especially the downtown location. Our children give us gift cards for holidays. Last night was the worse experience we have ever had. We decided to sit in the bar. The service was terrible. Our server seemed I overwhelmed. She hardly ever checked on us. My husband became very upset and refused to wait for our food. I hope that your realizes that service is just as important as the food. We will not be returning to the downtown location again.

The first thing he said as we left was that the service was so good. And the excellent food followed that. Great evening at Jeff Ruby's.
