Always a treat to dine at Jeff Ruby's. It was a special occasion for us, and the printed menus had a personal message printed on them! This little detail is one of the many things that made it a special evening. The steaks were wonderful and the sides were positively indulgent. We had great service from Michael. Even the valet staff offered hospitable service. Thank you one and all.
This is the best steak in the USA Service is impeccable Jordan Fredrick my fav server Very personable
This was my second trip in three months, and while it did not top my first experience there in July, it was absolutely a five star experience!
Everything was amazing up until the steak. They tried to fix but it didn't come out good the second time either.
We had an amazing time! We will come back again and again. Service, and food were both AMAZING!
We never have a bad experience! We ALWAYS request Angelica- she goes above and beyond every single time!!! We know we're in good hands when she is taking care of us.
We were celebrating my birthday at Jeff Ruby's and Jordan and Kumar were fantastic. We love this place and will definitely be back!
Ceviche was great! Freddie salad was lacking bacon and too much dressing. Cowboy steak was awesome!
We had very friendly and outstanding service to make this a wonderful and delicious experience.
We had a great dinner experience dining at Jeff Ruby s steakhouse downtown Cincinnati. We were seated right away and our server Anthony Kleine was perfect. He was always checking on us but not interfering with our conversation. I had the steak and lobster (fixed perfect) and my wife had the Dover Sole , her now favorite dish.

Ruby's is always a fun time and last evening did not disappoint. From the ambience to the service, it's over the top fancy and luxurious. Throw in eating the best steak you've ever had and it was simply a wonderful evening.
Appetizers: Wagyu meatball was okay. Raw oysters were delicious. Oysters Rockefeller were cold, but the taste was good. Salad: We all had the Freddie salad and as usual, it did not disappoint. Entrees: We all had the surf and turf and were extremely disappointed. The lobster was dry , small and looked like it was cooked prior to our arrival. The filets were way overcooked, dry and had too much seasonings on them. I can't remember ever having a meal Iike this at any Ruby's restaurant. Service was excellent from greeters to our waitress.
Slow service and difficult to get a drink at bar when waiting for table.Music was to loud.
It was a busy night and I realized a friend of mine was playing the piano. The bar was packed. I talked to Emily and she worked magic and within a few minutes we had a seat. Additionally, she made sure our entire night was perfect. David Graham was the pianist and he was his usual amazing self! The food was excellent, the drinks strong, and a great vibe. Highly recommended!!
Daughters birthday, always a good experience. Food and drink great with wonderful service.
