We had a wonderful experience last night!! We were a party of 12 and were pleasantly surprised by our waitress! Tay was the most professional, accommodating and knowledgeable waitress. She is the best and what an asset to this establishment!! We want Tay the next time we visit!!!
Parking: We used Valet and it was very simple and quick!

Our server, Tae, was PHENOMENAL. Our entire party agreed that she was the best waitress we’ve had at any restaurant. I would absolutely recommend her and we will be requesting her every time we come back. Amazing service!!!

First, I just want to say the service was fantastic. Our waiter was prompt, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I love sushi and he said they have the best- recommended the Godfather and it really was the best sushi roll I've had. Additionally, he brought us "the best" dessert for our anniversary- the butter pie. I never would have picked this dessert but it truly was AMAZING.
Unfortunately other than that, the rest of the meal was pretty disappointing. My wedge salad and my husband's cesar had brown lettuce and was overdressed. My husband's steak was rare (vs med rare) and just didnt taste good. My lobster tail was just ok. We got the gnocchi side which my husband liked but I found it a bit too cheesy. My prosecco was not cold enough. The women's restroom was filthy. The atmosphere is beautiful but it was very loud initially. Being a Jeff Ruby Steakhouse, it's a higher priced meal ($400) and they are known for their steak so it was a shame it wasn't more impeccable.

August 19 I ordered take out at closing time. (My fault) the website said it was to late so they scheduled it for the following day. I wasn't available to pick It up for the next day so I asked for a refund. They said 5-7 buisness days. After not receiving it. I went to have dinner downtown. I spoke to manager about it. We have talked and texted about this 2-3 times and still no refund. Its now October.

This review is so good it probably sounds fake - but I assure you it’s the real deal. I had a two day event in Cincinnati (first time visiting from Boston). I booked Jeff Ruby Steakhouse for a party of 25 guests from across the country, all who have extensive travel and dining experience.
The staff and food were awesome, I actually feel like a rock start in how well I was treated. The best dining experience I can remember in 25 years of traveling. The wait staff curated a perfect blend of efficiency and courtesy and the food was outrageously delicious. My thanks to the Chef as well.
I had guests from across the country who attend dozens of events per year. All of them were unanimously impressed. And although you always expect a great steakhouse to be exorbitantly expensive, the pricing was reasonable compared to the usual suspects in the high end dining world. Or to make a long story short - Simply WOW!

beware valet, a scratch from the front quarters panel to the rear quarter panel, with a dent right where the scratch starts in the front. didn't want the hassle of he said she said so... beware, otherwise will go back again

Went for a birthday with a group of 10. Really appreciated the secluded room the put us in. Food was excellent and service was as well. Most of the entrees don’t include sides and salads, so beware, but if you do order them, they are delicious.

Excellent steaks, top notch service, and a really cozy and classy atmosphere which somehow also manages to be unpretentious. I had the pleasure of dining here on a business trip to Cincinnati and the dry-aged ribeye was the cat's meow. The desserts are an experience as well. I would pick Jeff Ruby's over Morton's or Ruth's Chris any day.

Quite a culinary experience, from the parking , to the entrance , to the decor, to the service, to the food , to the drinks , to the desserts , Jeff Ruby’s is THE SPOT I brought my family here to celebrate my husband’s birthday made a reservation ahead of time , it was packed and in a TUESDAY imagine .. I let them know ahead of time I wanted to get the Rubys Rolex cake for his dessert which he absolutely loved , he loves Rolex’s so it was perfect , and the way it is presented was amazing The food and drinks are top tier and this place gives elegance a new name I highly recommend this especially for special events or dates , it’s a place that will surely take your breath away

Easily the best dinner I have ever had. Godfather roll, lobster and filet, creme brulee, brussel sprouts, bottle of wine... Everything was amazing and our waiter was very pleasant and had answers for everything we asked about and gave us very good suggestions as well.

Was alone walked in around 530 on a Thursday night right away hostess said they were sold out , i said i just wanted to sit at the bar, she said it was also full, even though there were multiple empty seats at the bar with reserved signs. I asked if I could reserve a bar seat for later, but she told me they dont reserve bar seats. I asked her why do 4 seats have reserved signs. She walked away saying nothing and didn't come back. I asked again to another person and she said she would get the bar manager. She did and he was awesome and great took care of me. If you go be willing to fight to get a seat. Food was definitely worth it and a great atmosphere with great music.
