“The Jersey Mike's location on Harrison Ave in Green Township is probably the best one on the West Side of Cincinnati that I've been to... Staff always super on it, they're attentive, quick, and they deal with all my little alterations and what not. Love this location. Current and previous management goated.“
“I ordered a gluten free sandwich here for the first time. They have a procedure posted on the wall for what to do when someone orders gluten free. The younger man working was so nice, communicated to me what he had to do (wipe down, wash hands, change gloves) and he communicated down the line to everyone else working that he would make my entire sandwich. It was delicious!!“

“I ordered delivery via the JM app, they use doordash(I don't usually use but my daughter was in the ER last night so I thought we'd treat ourselves while she recovers). Door dash didn't deliver my food and the manager went out of his way to remake and deliver it himself(he had no idea about the ER situation and why we wanted delivery)! ANDDDD gave us some free desserts. The sandwiches are always good here but the above and beyond is amazing. I'll always give my money to a place that goes above and beyond! Thank you!“
“This is easily the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to. The food is quality, the service is fast, and most importantly — these workers care about hygiene. During a visit we saw the young woman worker wash her hands and change her gloves multiple times while servicing customers. Other workers did the same. This was great to see after having to walk out of another establishment for unhygienic practices. This will be our sandwich-in-a-pinch stop for sure.“

“First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“

“I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.“

“The Jersey Mike's Anderson/Beechmont location is top notch! Food is always fresh & delicious. Restaurant is very clean. Employee Team & Chris the Manager are always attentive & friendly. Service is fast & accurate. My new favorite is the Chicken Salad! I could eat it every day and practically do. If you go to that 'other place' down the street that specializes in nothing but chicken salad, give Jersey Mike's chicken salad a try. I really like the red pepper relish too.“
