“What is it about Jersey Mike's that they always have the best employees? I go to this location and the blue ash location all the time. They are so nice and friendly. It's Jersey Mike's so the sandwiches are always the best. But the people there are always great. So nice. Not fake or corporatey at all. Just good people. There are always going to be local delis that have a leg up but Jersey Mike's is the absolute best chain restaurant in the game. This location couldn't be better.“

“Jersey Mike's is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike's way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.“

“The most amazing customer service & delicious sandwiches! I placed a very large catering order that turned out perfectly. The staff was so amazing in communicating with me to help me decide on how much food to order/ what to order. They made the process so easy, everything was ready for me right on time, the amazing staff brought it out to me, and every single sandwich was done exactly right. The owner took the time to follow up with me after the order to make sure I had a great experience. Not to mention everything was delicious. Great work & fantastic staff!!!“
“I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“
“After having a bad experience with a Jersey Mike's near me, it made me reflect on the fact that I have never left a review for your restaurant and for that I apologize because you were the ones who set the bar so high for my expectations on how a Jersey Mike's experience should be. Your establishment was the first Jersey Mike's I had ever eaten, and the ONLY Jersey Mike's I have had in Cincinnati. This is where my love for Jersey Mike's food was born. Every time I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I expect my sub to be made with the love in which you made my food and the customer care that you ALWAYS displayed! “I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.“

The two young women that were working the register were absolutely fascinating and very pleasant and courteous impatient.
