“Edit: Revising my review to 5 stars. Management not only refunded the sub but offered to credit for another one on my next visit. I'm blown away! I've never experienced a business being this kind and responsive.
I would give this Jersey Mike's a solid 5 if you're going in person. It's always been a good experience.
Have to knock off some points due to online ordering. Just recently ordered a Club sub with peppers and got home to find a turkey sub with lettuce. I'm more sad than anything because I love the food 😭
I would highly recommend opening up your food and checking it before you leave if you intend to pick it up.“

This man not only made my sandwich to perfection but came and delivered it to me when I couldn’t leave work! “I have had to leave a negative review on this store before but everything was like night and day today. I care about customer service because my family owned several restaurants years ago in Florida and I know the importance. From the moment any customer walked in the store, Dan immediately acknowledged each and every one of them. Dan is exactly the type of employee I always wanted in my stores in fact, I recommend having Dan train all of your employees if he doesn't already. Thank you Dan!“
“This is easily the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to. The food is quality, the service is fast, and most importantly — these workers care about hygiene. During a visit we saw the young woman worker wash her hands and change her gloves multiple times while servicing customers. Other workers did the same. This was great to see after having to walk out of another establishment for unhygienic practices. This will be our sandwich-in-a-pinch stop for sure.“

“Our sandwich's were prepared with care. The establishments was clean as a whistle. The restrooms were amazingly spotless. Our meal was great, the staff were pleasant, receptive and congenial. All in all a great stop. Keep it up Jersey Mike's, Ya Done Good!“

“First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“

We did go again and got the Big Kahuna. The Big Kahuna is like the Philly but it has mushrooms and jalapeños, which I really liked.“

“Ordered the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss online for pick up! It used to be a great vegetarian option. But mine came with lots of steak today!
Called the store just to give them a heads up (the sandwich was good, just was not expecting the meat). The guy that picked up said they don’t sell the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub anymore and that they need to remove it off their online ordering option? It seemed like I wasn’t the only one who called about it recently, he went right into his “I will relay your concerns to the manager” spiel before I got the chance to say I liked it. Oh well.
Just a heads up for anyone else who was wanting a grilled portabella mushroom & swiss, haha! You might not get it at this location!“
“Ordered online come in to get my food and they’re out of bread. I guess this is a common thing here. crazy. And it’s gonna take three business days to get my money back.

“The Jersey Mike's Anderson/Beechmont location is top notch! Food is always fresh & delicious. Restaurant is very clean. Employee Team & Chris the Manager are always attentive & friendly. Service is fast & accurate. My new favorite is the Chicken Salad! I could eat it every day and practically do. If you go to that 'other place' down the street that specializes in nothing but chicken salad, give Jersey Mike's chicken salad a try. I really like the red pepper relish too.“
