I got the Buffalo Chicken and instead of putting blue cheese dressing on it like it's supposed to come with, they used mayonnaise. Even more, the sandwich was drenched with it. It was so soggy and quickly began falling apart. I tried to be a good sport and eat it but had to call it quits 2 bites in because it was so gross. Waste of my money.

Wow! I've never had a bad sandwich out of this sub sandwich chain, and let me tell you I've regularly ate at three different stores, the Blue Ash Kenwood Road store, the Jersey Mike's at Kenwood and Montgomery, and now regularly at the Hyde Park Jersey Mike's, the staff at all three stores were great, the store was clean always, and like I said I've never had a bad sandwich out of three locations, now that's saying something! Just ask Danny DeVito!

I'm a big Jersey Mike's fan but this place is either hit or miss. 70% of the time my order is fine and everything tastes great. The other 30% of the time the order is either slightly wrong or is missing some items. If you go into the store everything should be fine unless before closing but online orders/takeout orders are hit or miss.

I usually don't say much . But they closed the doors and it was 8:30 pm they door Says pm and it says it online to . So what I don't get is . Why not honor the time . Yeah this place is a no for me .

My wife and I are certainly fans of Jersey Mike's when life calls for a fast and affordable sandwich. And this location nailed it tonight.Not all JMs execute equally, and we often run into locations that serve hard bread, too much salt, and old mayo. So we were very satisficed that this location had some seriously soft and chewy bread tonight. We now order without salt, and they delivered on that plus everything else tasted fresh and done to the right proportions. We'll definitely order from this location again.My only complaint is this location is organized a little stranger than other JMs. I'm used to the checkout being right by the door, making it easy to do online pickup. This one makes it feel like you need to wait in line for pickup or otherwise feel very awkward "cutting" line. A clearer pickup system would be appreciated.

Well....it was good while it lasted. Have you gone in here lately?!? Yeah the sandwich is legit 3 times smaller with less meat now. Started noticing it over the last few months. I ordered a second time a few weeks after the first thinking I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size...nope...the sandwich that used to keep me full for a meal now leaves me hungry and I finish the whole thing in one sitting. Will not be returning here because the chain seems to be cutting corners and decreasing portion size but the price hasn't changed. Just terrible.

I ordered through doordash. I must say everything was finished quickly and everything tasted so fresh. It was nice and warm when it arrived. This was my first time trying Jersey Mikes . Always ordered from Penn Station. Even though I have to say I still favor Penn Station sandwich flavor over Jersey Mikes. Still will give them a full 5 stars across the board with everything tasting fresh. The cookie was ok. It had a slight plastic taste to me.
