I stopped in tonight ... The customer service is like no other ... The guy doing his thing .. did that!! Very welcoming and cheerful.. I already knew the sandwich was gonna be lit. But sometimes when someone goes out of their way to put a smile on your face .. that's a game changer!! Thank you!!!

He needs a promotion.. definitely boss material ...

I remember some 25+ years ago you could get a special....3 giants for $21. I still love 'em, even though you can't get 2 regular subs for $21 now.

Do something about the black girl with glasses that works there. She has a disgusting attitude with everyone whenever I’m in there, you guys charge an arm and a leg for a sandwich the least you can do is have nice employees. I’ll never go to Jersey Mikes again.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. My sandwich, a chicken bacon ranch, I ordered with no tomato, add onion, and pickles. So of course when I get it home.....it has tomatoes. No onion like I ordered. The bread so soggy on the bottom it was like dough. At least the cashier was nice. Threw it away. Not worth the hassle to go back.

My work partner and I came in on October 6 for lunch about 12:30 or so. The sandwich artist that made my tuna and my partners club was incredible. I wish I knew his name so I could mention it publicly. The way he stacked all the toppings and not one fell off was awesome! It tastes as great as it looked. Job well done and I’ll be back!

I love this place best sandwich in town and the staff are very friendly and welcoming I come here alot the lady even knows my order Ive never in my time of going had a bad or normal experience its a wholesome place to get an amazing cold cut sandwich and the hot philly isnt bad either
