Placed an online order and went to the store for pickup. The store wasn't busy and wait time wasn't too long. A young woman worker was walking and talking on the store's phone while the other worker prepped sandwiches. Though we made eye contact I couldn't figure out what the other worker was doing. None of them greeted me which seems common nowadays at some establishments. I rated a 3 because after another customer entered and the young woman finished her...

This is easily the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to. The food is quality, the service is fast, and most importantly — these workers care about hygiene. During a visit we saw the young woman worker wash her hands and change her gloves multiple times while servicing customers. Other workers did the same. This was great to see after having to walk out of another establishment for unhygienic practices. This will be our sandwich-in-a-pinch stop for sure.

I'm a New York transplant (NYC) so you know I know sandwiches ☺️. I choose Jersey Mike's over every other sandwich in Cincinnati Ohio 👍🏿👍🏿. Friendly atmosphere, staff, and service. Whether eating in or taking out JMs the joint.
