I have over 3.5 million views on here and rarely write bad reviews but this spot deserves one. Very unwelcoming and the staff were rude. The one shorter guy that looked like Oscar the grouch made it seem like he didn't want us there. We'll never come back to this location.

The store opens at 10 and I showed up at 10:07 to grab my son a sub forLunch but the doors were locked. I could see inside and the lady was walking around. Me and a few other customers continued to wait in the 24-degree weather with the doors locked. I then called inside the store and was told the store would open when her help showed up, she said maybe 5 minutes. The other employee showed up at 10:12 and she let him in and locked the door again finally I went in to sit in my car until 10:27 and that’s when I tried to walk inside again but guess what…. The door is still locked! I gave it 7 more minutes and left the place. They didn’t care we were sitting out in the cold they just acted like they didn’t see us.

Food is always delicious! But man, the wait is long. Even when ordering online during lunch Minimum wait is 45 mins up to 2 hours! For a sandwich. Customer service could use some help.

Wanted to do a call in order at the winton rd finneytown location and I asked if they were open and all I got was every reason why she wouldn't be able to get my order done in under 2 hours from the manager. WOW!!! I didn't care about that or how long but to give every reason to not order there because you are too lazy to want to make another sandwich.... Terrible for business not to mention last time I was there the sandwich I ordered was a medium and literally as big as a White Castle hamburger and they wanted 12 dollars for that lol. Don't waste your time here, and I'm not sure why I was even willing to give them another chance myself.

My husband went to pick up some sandwich's for dinner at 6:00 pm on Sunday. The doors were locked but there were customers inside and someone making sandwichs. Other people tried to get in too but couldn't so they left. One guy was allowed in. My husband continued to watch thinking maybe they were being robbed. After a while he left and went to another restaurant. The website said they were open . I tried to call but it went to VM and you couldn't leave a message.

I forgot why I never go to this location, it's slow. Not just a little slow. I hate my job and want to make your day miserable slow. Mostly because of the person making the sandwiches. And the brown lettuce with soggy tomatoes doesn't help.

Bad experience all around. Ordered online, waited an extra 15 mins when I got there for order to be ready, drove 15 mins back to work to find both items were wrong, no bacon after $3.90 upcharge, no onion or vinegar or sandwich, no Chipotle mayo on bowl, meat was very bland, but enough lettuce to feed an army.

Ordered online through Jersey Mike’s app, was told to arrive by 7:22. Get there and was checked in and was waiting on one sub, no big deal since I was two minutes early. Then I watched 7 people walk in order get there food and leave. Meanwhile now it’s 7:35 with a hot sub sitting on the counter in an open brown bag while the thermostat in the store says 57°. So I got pissed and canceled my order. Don’t order online they’re to lazy to check the online orders.

Me and my family visited the winton Hill location today and was treated very badly by a manager that transferred from the tri county location we had stop going there because of that manager she was completely rude to me and my family yelling at us from the top of her lungs and challenging me to react it took everything in me not to respond I don’t stand why she decides to keep disrespecting me and other customers I didn’t even get to buy chips and a drink because of the distress the manager cause me I love eating at jersey mikes but after today I think I am completely done

As an ex employee here I am posting anonymouslyI want to warn people that my time working here was miserable, we are always short and poorly staffed among other problemsAfter reading this please reconsider dining here and ESPECIALLY applying for a job here.

I walked in around 6 pm on Monday to get 3 sandwiches for dinner. The 3 employees got up from a table in the dining room to come to the line to make my food. The slicer area had a ton of crumbs and mess around it. I advised that I have a gluten allergy so they could wipe things down and get rid of the crumbs to make me a safe sandwich. The employee put on gloves and put pieces of paper over the mess. Then, she proceeded to ask for the blue (gluten-free) knife. She touched the other knife and put her hand down on the paper surface. When I said something about it, she got confrontational, then walked to the back. I didn't feel like I could get a safe sandwich here, so I left and drove 20 minutes away, to the Kenwood location, where they had a clean sandwich station and took all the normal precautions to ensure my sandwich would be gluten free. I won't be going back to this location.
