Jersey Mike's Subs

I have had to leave a negative review on this store before but everything was like night and day today. I care about customer service because my family owned several restaurants years ago in Florida and I know the importance. From the moment any customer walked in the store, Dan immediately acknowledged each and every one of them. Dan is exactly the type of employee I always wanted in my stores in fact, I recommend having Dan train all of your employees if he doesn't already. Thank you Dan!

I ordered delivery via the JM app, they use doordash(I don't usually use but my daughter was in the ER last night so I thought we'd treat ourselves while she recovers). Door dash didn't deliver my food and the manager went out of his way to remake and deliver it himself(he had no idea about the ER situation and why we wanted delivery)! ANDDDD gave us some free desserts. The sandwiches are always good here but the above and beyond is amazing. I'll always give my money to a place that goes above and beyond! Thank you!

I frequently order online for curbside pickup. Last night I ordered a turkey and provolone giant sub. It was very disappointing with barely any turkey on the sandwich

The staff at the front desk refused to give me my DoorDash order even when showing confirmation and that they already charged me. Lady stated rudely that they didn’t have it and that I was mistaken even when shown a DoorDash confirmation with the correct address. She asked me to leave without a refund of my money or my food. Very rude and out of character.

The hot subs are delicious. Service was quick and efficient.

I never like doing reviews on restaurants . But this one tall curly hair kid has terrible costumer service.

Jersey Mike's is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike's way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.

The staff here is always top notch. Friendly, accurate order prep, and even at lunch rush things go smoothly. A+ crew and location.

Jersey Mike's raised their prices recently, and it seems very overpriced now. This location has also messed up my order a few times. Don't recommend

This great location offers the same great food and service as most Jersey Mike's locations I have visited. This one has the added bonus of ample indoor seating and some outdoor seating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I gos a “custom” sandwich for my father and they were very accommodating. Very good experience!

It took them forever to make a sub for my dad. I had finished half of mine by the time he got his. Very unorganized workflow and customer service.
