I have had to leave a negative review on this store before but everything was like night and day today. I care about customer service because my family owned several restaurants years ago in Florida and I know the importance. From the moment any customer walked in the store, Dan immediately acknowledged each and every one of them. Dan is exactly the type of employee I always wanted in my stores in fact, I recommend having Dan train all of your employees if he doesn't already....

I ordered delivery via the JM app, they use doordash(I don't usually use but my daughter was in the ER last night so I thought we'd treat ourselves while she recovers). Door dash didn't deliver my food and the manager went out of his way to remake and deliver it himself(he had no idea about the ER situation and why we wanted delivery)! Jersey Mike's is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike's way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.
